We swam with dolphin! (Tour is 4+hrs) - We swam with dolphin!!! Of note, the tour states 4hrs, but they will go over to ensure you get a chance to swim with dolphin - which we did! Just make sure you have the time as they may go up to 6hrs while looking for dolphin, then they’ll ride over so you can jump out of the boat and swim with them! It’s really amazing. The atoll at Mnemba island is gorgeous and the water is amazing. We often do snorkeling trips on vacation and there were loads of fish, many of which we hadn’t gotten to see before. The crew were lovely and the fruit was cut fresh while on the boat. They arranged travel for us(for a reasonable extra cost), which was helpful as they depart out of Nungwi beach on the northern tip of the island.

chichi is the best - Ask for Chi-Chi, he is a good guy. U can negotiate with him but his prices are fair and he is a really nice guy. It was a nice trip, they waited for us on the sandbank and always nice and polite.

Great day trip with ChiChi - Great guy, very friendly and made a fun boat trip with snorkeling and beach stay. We saw a lot of fish and dolphins and could swim with them. Afterwards we went to a area with turtles which was also great

Best trip ever! - I recently joined the Half Day Dolphin Snorkeling Tour at Mnemba Island, and it was an unforgettable experience! The tour was well-organized, and the team ensured that we had plenty of time to enjoy the beautiful marine life. Snorkeling alongside dolphins in such clear waters was magical.

Very nice! - Very nice trip! Certainly one to recommend. Chichi and Adam did everything to make it a spectacular one! The dolphins, snorkelling and especially fruits in the shallow waters of Mnemba island was a fantastic experience. Thanks again Chichi!!!

Must do experience! - This was probably one of the best experiences I’ve ever done! Our guide, Chichi, was great as he did his best to ensure we saw the dolphins. You can either swim or just look at the dolphins from the boat. We decided to snorkel with them which was epic. It was also great because our guide took some videos for us on our phone so we could just enjoy the experience whilst capturing it for our memories. We also did the sand bank and fish snorkelling. We were also provided with fruit and water on the trip. 10/10 recommend to anyone visiting Zanzibar!
We also did a tour of stone town, prison island and the turtle swimming with the same guide on different days. Great guy!

Mmemba island trip - A good professionally organized trip despite rough sea. We could both snorkel followed by Chi Chi’s assistant and swim with dolphins. Our safety was a priority. Fruits fresh and nice. Can definitely recommend Chi Chi as a trustworthy partner.

Great boat ride! - Friendly crew! Dedicated to making this experience as good as possible. No dolphins seen in the afternoon. Crew said Dolphins usually only seen in the early morning. We did see colorful and beautiful fish near the sand bar. Water was a bit choppy. Didn’t feel safe to see the coral in deeper water areas. Wish there were life jackets on our skiff. Only 2 of the ten boats out on the water looked like they carried life jackets.

Not really worth it🫤 - No dolphin because high tide and no swimming on the lagoon of Mnemba. Very nice staff but little invested. Too bad we weren’t offered to go in the morning
