Absolutely beautiful and peaceful flight over the desert - The hot air balloon experience was absolutely beautiful! The staff was friendly and communicated before and during the activity, which helped to ease any anxiety I had. My favorite part was gliding over a herd of camels! The only con was how hot the fire felt on my skin during take off and our ascent. I would suggest you wear long sleeves to lessen the temporary discomfort. Other than that, it was a great experience!

A….ma….zing! - What an amazing experience, that’s one ticked off the bucket list, all the team were superb and looked after us well. My amazing 40th birthday flight - wow - From being collected from the hotel at 04:30 am we soon arrived at the drop zone where we were greeting by our balloon pilot Ramy who was an absolute legend . Within 10 mins we were in the basket ready for take off , We were so lucky to have a cloud inversion and once we broke through , the sunrise over the Oman mountain range and conservation area was incredible . Finally we reached 4000ft and Ramy began to sing happy birthday in which the whole group joined in which was a real nice touch , The falcon show was incredible and the bird handler (falconer) with the star of the show “IVAN “ couldn’t do enough to answer all our questions and made the experience unforgettable All in all this trip is sensational and run by an amazing group of people who ensure you go away with the most amazing memories . Thank you so much and I can’t wait to get back up in the skies the next time I visit Dubai Alex and Laura

Fantastic team effort from Leo and the crew! - Fantastic experience! Leo and the crew did their very best to take off despite the winds and thanks to their efforts we just made it before the winds became too strong. Wonderful team and excellent with kids. Would recommend.

Excellent! 5 stars! - Fantastic air balloon ride, would highly recommend to anyone. Really magical way to see the Dubai desert and would recommend! I felt very safe and we had a very smooth landing. The falcon was an added touch!

Terrible landing, No aftercare - March 23rd we did a balloon flight. The take off and the flight went smoothly, with beautiful scenes. Landing was another story, we had a very very hard landing on what i think was a dune, another balloon crash landed upside down, several people were taken away by ambulance. Breakfast was included in our deal, we skipped this. Our whole day was ruined we had backpain, knees ache ect. we felt like we survived a car crash. We were taken directly to our hotel by the driver and he told us, it was a very bad day. A lady in our car had a head injury, no one took care of her. A week later and we are still not 100%, still experiencing aches & pain from the landing. No one from the organization reached out to us after this hard landing. Once never again.
