Angel is amazing - This is the closest to the ship. There was a shuttle from the ship to the private tours. No need to worry about getting into Inverness (30 minutes). Angel was amazing. He was right there with a sign with my name. Short walk to his wonderful Mercedes van. Very comfortable and clean. 2 rows of 3 seats and 1 in front with the driver. We were 4 and we wanted the tour for ourselves so we paid extra. 3 of us sat in the first row very comfortably. The stops were well timed to our wishes. We wanted an alternative to the castle luncheonette and he arranged for is to have fish and chips in the Priory Hotel (added bonus was visit to the e Priory (beautiful ruins). Loch Ness was our main objective (nice, but not a big deal…now it’s off the bucket list). The cairns, the battlegrounds, the aqueduct and the castle were well worth it. He took our pictures at each stop, too. The whiskey distillery gave the boys a chance to try 21 years old scotch (for a pretty penny). We were back to the ship shuttle with plenty of time to spare. A great last stop for our cruise. Thanks, Angel.
