TOTORA REED BOAT TOUR ON CHINCHERO SACRED VALLEY

Laguna Piuray - Guests will be picked up from their hotel at 8:30 am and driven to Chinchero District, a journey of approximately 40 minutes along the main route to the Sacred Valley. Along the way, they will enjoy views of the stunning Salkantay snow-capped mountain and Veronica Mountain. Upon arrival at the basecamp, the guide will provide an introduction to the culture and traditions of the Pongobamba community. The tour will then proceed to the harbor, where participants will have the unique opportunity to experience the ancestral reed boat on Piuray Lagoon. The guide will share insights into the history and lifestyles of the surrounding areas. The tour concludes at 12:40 pm in the main Plaza of San Francisco Cusco.
