The trip continues through Peach Springs and the Hualapai Indian reservation, culminating at the Grand Canyon Caverns. The first stop is Radiator Springs, the inspiration for the movie Cars. Following this, the tour proceeds to the Caverns, located over 200 feet below the surface. After exploring the underground caverns, lunch will be provided at the Caverns Grill.

Descend 200 feet underground via elevator into the largest dry caverns in the U.S., formed over 65 million years ago when an ancient inland sea covered this desert region. Wander along paved walkways through vast chambers, including the iconic Chapel of the Ages, and marvel at prehistoric fossils, such as a mummified ground sloth and a 19th-century bobcat. Uncover the caverns’ unique history as a Cold War fallout shelter.

Awesome place - We couldn’t have a better Gide, he was excellent and explained the whole time clear and detailed about the story of the caverns. The caverns were awesome, we all had a very good time. My teens loved it.

Awesome experience, great guides! - This was an excellent tour while we were staying in Laughlin. We were picked up and dropped off right at our hotel which was so convenient!
Bonnie, our guide for the day was an excellent host, very friendly, told us a lot about the area and pointed our some interesting things along the way to the caverns. After the caverns, on the way back, we stopped for lunch at a great local sandwich shop in Kingman (Sirens).
The caverns themselves were amazing and the cool temperature in the caverns felt so good in 110 degrees outside temps!
The ride ride to and from with Bonnie was very comfortable and she was very accommodating the entire trip!
This is definitely worth the trip!
(This was actually the second tour we did with Desert Wonder Tours we did on this trip).

Grand Canyon Caverns, Route 66 Tour - Oh my to say only one thing would be very hard; this tour was awesome. We were picked up at our hotel, our tour guide Bonnie Kidd Smith did a great job for us. She drove us down Route 66, stopped at the Route 66 Museum, which was cool and took lots of pictures of the museum.
She then drove us about an hour to the caverns which was really neat. The tour guide, Dino for the caverns was funny and informative (and fast on his feet). He is in good shape to be traversing the walk way, I must say. Got my exercise for day that is for sure, with lots of up and down walking through the caverns. Lots of pictures there too, they are still on my camera otherwise I would share one or two.
On our way to our lunch stop, Bonnie made a couple of stops for us to take pictures and a little walk about of some of the old Route 66 buildings. Really cool stops and very appreciative that she made these stops.
She then drove us downtown to Sirens Café for our lunch. The staff were very friendly and the food was yummy.
All in all my sister and I had a great time on this tour and we highly recommend it if you are in the area.

Fun and relaxing family day - Our trip from Lake Havasu to the caverns was a nice little getaway for our family with two teenage boys, who even enjoyed it! The caverns were so cool and our tour guide gave us a lot of interesting facts about the history of the caverns. Lunch was included, which was a nice bonus. Great day, highly recommend!

Great Day - We had an extremely pleasant day going to the Caverns. Our guide was Jeremy and he kept us entertained with dessert facts and pointing out sights not to be missed. Our stop in Kingman was a good one and the box lunch we picked up for later was very tasty. Jeremy told us about the caverns and things to look for. When the Caverns tour started we were glad we had listened to him because our guide through the caverns was more interested in being a comedian with silly jokes than telling us about the caverns. Jeremy had given us enough background on the difference between dry caverns and wet caverns we felt it had been a nice tour. Beware that it is lots of walking and some uneven spots that are pretty inclined if you have trouble walking. Over all we gave Jeremy an A+ and the guide a C- but the guide changes throughout the day so don't let that stop you from enjoying a memorable site.

My trip to the Hualapai Reservation - I didn't go to the grand canyon, or stop by the museum. I drove into Kingman an took pictures of route 66,an on to peach springs. After you go through peach springs there is no cell phone service or GPS. But the view is so beautiful! I will come back soon.

Bucket list trip - Great trip! Bob was so nice to work with setting up our trip and when we had problems with our flight he was able to rearrange our date for our tour with no problem!
Jeremy was our tour guide and he was so knowledgeable and thoughtful, what a pleasure spending the day with him! He knows his stuff and we will definitely use this company again and recommend them to one and all👍Bob and Kay Bell

Grand Canyon cavern, Route 66 tour - We had a great time (in August) on the Grand Canyon Cavern tour. It was off season for the area so our tour was just my wife &I along with tour guide Sarge. Great guy & very knowledgeable! We had a great day!

AN EXCELLENT... NO.. A PERFECT TOUR #2!! - Both Bob and Sarge were excellent. My wife and I could not have asked for a better tour. We thoroughly enjoyed each stop on both days. There was a small mix up on day one and Bob went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. His enjoyment in providing these tours shines though in both his wealth of information and even more impressive his personal interaction/conversation during drive time.
