Once aboard, you can connect via Bluetooth to play your own music and coordinate with the captain on your preferred activities. Options include a scenic bay tour or stopping at an island to enjoy the water. Relax and unwind on this stunning boat. It’s recommended to bring your own alcoholic beverages and prepared foods, such as sushi or cold dishes. Alternatively, you can arrange for a catering service to deliver everything to our location before departure.

Please be aware that we adhere to a strict schedule, so the boat must depart at the designated start time, and charters must conclude at the scheduled end time, unless an extension is arranged for an additional fee.

The captain’s fee is not included in the charter price and should be paid directly to the captain, preferably in cash.

The process of selecting a captain, signing the contract, and obtaining a Boating Safety ID (if required) must be completed online prior to the trip.

• The person who presented their ID on the reservation must necessarily go on the trip, if they do not show up, the trip will not take place.
• Food and drinks are allowed on the trip.
• Delay policy : The master of the ship will assess whether waiting is feasible without interrupting operations. The decision is at the sole discretion of the captain.
• Do not assume that the trip will be cancelled due to weather conditions in your area.
• If there is no improvement, we will act according to the weather protection selected by the customer during checkout.
• In case of climatic problems:
• Consequence of No-Show : Significant delays may be treated as a “no-show”, resulting in cancellation of the trip without refund, especially if the delay affects the duration, security or logistics.
• Customers must arrive at the marina at the scheduled time, unless the company indicates otherwise.
• Rainfall protocol on arrival:
• Service start time: The duration of the service is counted from the booked time, not from the client’s arrival time.
• We do not accept cancellations or rescheduling on the day of travel, except in cases of bad weather.
• We do not rely on weather forecasts.
• We will wait until 20 minutes after the start time for the weather to improve.
• Key recommendation: Arrive 15 minutes before the reserved departure time to avoid problems.

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
