• A high-quality E-bike, adjusted to your height. (Note: To comply with National Park regulations for the Carriage Roads in Acadia, all our bikes are configured as Class 1 E-bikes, providing assistance only when pedaling.)
• A helmet, lock, and water bottle holder.
• An orientation on how to use the bike and its features, along with a briefing on the biking rules and regulations in Acadia National Park.
• A detailed Carriage Road map, directions to the nearest trail access point, and suggested routes tailored to your goals and itinerary for the day.
• Assistance in case of a mechanical issue. While we do not provide service for dead batteries, our staff is ready to assist you with mechanical issues, flat tires, or other non-medical emergencies.
