3 day tour of the whole city - The whole WeVenture Philadelphia team was amazing! They did a great job ensuring our tours met our expectations. The food was delicious and the little known facts about the city were exactly what we were looking for. Thank you all for your hard work and dedication to showing off the beauty the city of brotherly love has to offer.

Fantastic Tour! - The Africatown Walking Food Tour was tremendous. My wife and I enjoyed ourselves and we plan to do it again! Our first stop was at forty-five year old Simply Good Food, located at 5741 woodland Avenue where we had a fantastic meal with a southern United States taste and great hospitality. Our next stop was Jam Roc at 6155 Woodland Avenue where I could not resist the oxtail and rice and peas. It was a pleasure meeting the owner, fellow Jamaican Omar. We then went over to Oteri's Italian Bakery at 6323 Woodland Avenue which has been around for 120+ years. If you go, please try the cannoli; it is that good. We closed out our tour at Africa Small Pot at 6133 Woodland Avenue where owner and master chef, Mr. Abdarahmane Diop served us a fantastic African meal. My favorite was their sorrell which I grew up drinking in Jamaica. Put on your best walking shoes, go with a strong appetite and enjoy!

Wonderful food, a great experience for food lovers - Wonderful food at all restaurants, definitely a worthwhile experience! A great mix of flavors with Southern cuisine, Jamaican oxtail flavors, jollof rice and mouthwatering chicken, and of course a classic cannoli! Getting to hear from local tour guides as well as the owners of these restaurants was a pleasure. Worth a visit to Africatown!
