Easy and Delicious - Our experience was very enjoyable. Our instructor gave a detailed history of the low country cuisine and how to make several Charleston staples. The recipes were not difficult but very flavorful. While we cooked our instructor also explained why certain things were added or why we used certain techniques, mistakes to avoid, as well as tips and tricks. Unlike many other cooking classes you will come away with knowledge that will be of use long into the future and recipes you will happily recreate at home.

A 'Must Do' in Charleston! - This was a highlight of our trip to Charleston! My mother, myself and my teenaged daughter all thoroughly enjoyed this experience. The history, the tips and tricks and fun while baking and, of course, the FOOD were all amazing! We have never done something like this before and so glad we took the chance. 100% recommend.

Martha and Giles were... - Martha and Giles were great tour guides/ chef instructors. The dishes we made were delicious and we enjoyed interacting with the other participants. The only downside was that because there were so many participants we didn’t get as much hands on as we would like but would still recommend this activity.
