SCAMMERS! - Excited to ride, very disappointing. No customer service, unsafe and shady payments requirements. AVOID Helmet didn’t fit my husband so asked for a refund. Owner kept saying it fits if you strap it. Took a pic and sent it to her sitting on his head and she said that’s fine. When we told her that if he gets hurt for any reason she’s responsible, she then refused to let us ride and still would not refund. Required Zelle or Cash App to pay the balance so we got screwed.

Horrible service and worse owner - Booked a ome hour ride. Showed up to a shed where they have a teenager working. They only tell you when you arrive that you have to pay for everything including the deposit by cash app. They make you wear a helmet but only have two sizes available and when I told them it didnt fit they would not allow us to go on the ride and wouldn' refund us for the ride. We're currently waiting on the police to arrive.
