Our itinerary includes an ascent via the “western” route, entering the renowned French Valley, which offers an unparalleled view of the Bouvier mountain range (northern head of Lake Khami [Fagnano]).

The western route is technically of low difficulty but requires a good level of physical fitness, as the day’s ascent, although 15 km, presents a positive gradient of approximately 1,200m. Therefore, experience in mountain trekking is necessary.

The summit provides one of the most comprehensive views of the mountain range. From the top, one can see the Darwin mountain range, the Onashaga channel (Beagle), Lake Khami (Fagnano), a stunning view of the Ojo del Albino glacier, and Domo Blanco, among other attractions.
