Unforgettable tour - The walk is wonderful. The guides are very kind and everything is beautiful. You can't go down with the penguins, but it's worth every minute to be able to see all the points of the Canal and hear the story of Tierra del Fuego. One single detail. Ticket withdrawal takes place before entering the catamaran, through a company other than the TripAdvisor partner. It gets a little confused. But it's all right.

Morning wildlife excursion - Most important before you get to port/ boat !!! You must get your actual ticket ( white paper ticket from a cabin nearby, there is a collection of them just near to entrance to port). Get down to port area early to avoid lines and potentially missing trip. ) I showed them my voucher on phone and they gave me ticket for specific boat . The trip on catamaran was comfortable and staff friendly . It was a beautiful morning out on the seas. The journey took a while to see animals but it was worth it. The only thing to mention on site if that boat approached martillo island and you don’t get off to walk around with penguins. It would be a helpful note to add!)

Good. - The highlight was the contract with Daniela that was easy to make and book. The service respected the schedules, plus the boat was comfortable and the prices to buy food on board were not expensive at all. To improve is the condition of the bathrooms that do not withstand the number of people and the browsing time and mainly it is very uncomfortable the constant siege of the photographers that are made, not being able to access the places to enjoy the views.

The experience begins... - The experience begins by boarding the catamaran, where everyone can freely choose their seat. You don't have to rush to grab seats by the windows: after about ten minutes of departure you can get up and move to the outside decks to follow the navigation closely (better dress heavy, because it's pretty cold!). In a short time you reach the island of cormorants, then follow the lighthouse watching also the sea lions. From there begins a navigation of about an hour leading to Penguin Island. Although the tour does not include any stops on land, the boat comes very close to the beach, allowing you to see the penguins up close and without difficulty. The boat stays in the area for at least 40–50 minutes, giving everyone time to take pictures and admire these cute animals in their natural habitat. It is a truly exciting experience, fully worth the price of the ticket: it would be unthinkable to reach almost the end of the world and go home without having seen the penguins.

Crew was very... - Crew was very professional, courteous and friendly. The only downside was at the penguin island. I initially thought we would step on the island but we stayed on the boat and rotated around the perimeter of the boat to take pictures. The best spot for pictures was taken up by individuals who paid to get their pictures taken by the crew.

Pls be more specific on actual ticket retrieval and boarding process. - Overall is good. Just the initial part of trying to figure out what to do to get on board is frustrating. Need to provide more explicit instructions such as: 1. Go to this Kiosk at this location on the google map. 2. Report your name and retrieve an actual boarding ticket. 3. Head to this location on the google map to board. Instead of just indicating a meeting point without explanation. Who are we meeting? What do we show when we meet? etc.

Penguins - great! Photographers - rude! - I want to start this review by saying the penguins are well worth the visit! The staff on the boat is another story. The boat runs a photography service and people who choose to pay for the photo service get the best spots on the boat to see the penguins. That part is a bit of a racket. The cruise is already so expensive and if you don't fork over more cash, you do not have access to the prime boat spots. Additionally, when the photographer is talking and selling you their services, they will call you out if you talk. It was embarrassing for a few people. The boat was very comfortable and clean. Be prepared with warm winter clothes. The boat ride (outside) is very cold. Inside it is warm and there are plenty of food options if you are hungry. Overall, it was great to see the penguins but the experience could have been better if the photographers were not so pushy and rude.
