Excellent organization and communication - Due to the weather they had to reschedule the sailing on the Beagle Channel and Info Ushuaia reorganized the tour to do it in two days. He kept us always in constant communication, it is a very serious agency, I recommend them.

National Park with train and Canal - Beautiful excursion. Super interesting all the story they tell about the train and the doomsday prisoners. Beautiful landscapes. We were very well accompanied by the Fernanda Guide. And the lighthouse excursion, it's super exciting.

Good. - Little time to tour, get fresh air and relax. They take you down and take you up to the jousts. The train is uncomfortable. At the destinations there are places to buy but you also do not have time to tour.

Tierra del Fuego and Beagle Canal - So as for the French audio guide included did not have it at all , Martina was very friendly to download the French translator because no audio guide as planned, visit only in Spanish and English! Otherwise the rest was top we arrived before the big cruise buses and were able to take as many pictures as we wanted without the crowd. The times planned at each stop point were perfect.

Not well organised - All the places we visited were great, but the preliminary detail was poor. The booking was in two parts, but we had no idea who the service providers were, so had no means of contacting them. The detail of where we were to go to get our tickets or board the catamaran was sent by email only 15 minutes before we thought were meant to board (this was incorrect, luckily) as we had to go to the tourist bureau and they had to ring around to find the company providing the service. Poor show!

Research more and think your trip priorities before spending this much on this tour - Overall the tour is ok, however, Ushuaia sells their city as “the end of the world”, and the main attractive is Parque Nacional Tierra de Fuego. The tour is quite pricy, and its description is very elaborated, making tourists easily think they are down for a very busy day. The whole navigation part is fine, but inside the national park, you just get 10-15 minutes between spots, you really don’t get to even scratch the surface of the place because you are all hurried by guides instead of organizing a more interesting trek. The included train is horrible and non interesting. The park is really beautiful, don’t get me wrong, but the tour is basically a tourist trap.

I prebooked and paid for the navigation package, but it.is much more stressful than you purchase the cruise by yourself - The N.P programme is good and interesting. But there are no guidance or and support on how to get on to the 2nd half of the activity(I.e navigation at the Beagle). The guide for the morning programme simply left the client San Martin Road near a 'Travel Agent Office' and then let the paid prospective client to sort out(where,.what and how to acquire the paid ticket, where & how to look for cruise.etc) the navigation issues. It really makes one's life unneccesary quite stressful. The client is expected to self guide himself and there no one is will render any help or guide. It really made yourself financially, physical and mentally extremely exhausted by the.way the travel agent Treats the prospective clients.
