Amazing tour of Capitol Reef! - Sam was an amazing tour guide, and we loved exploring Cathedral Valley and Bentonite Hills! He’s incredibly knowledgeable about the area and made the most of our half-day tour with scenic stops and interesting trivia.
He drove carefully through some challenging off-road terrain, making us feel safe the whole way. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Highly recommend if you’re wanting a more unique experience around Capitol Reef!

Magic tour with Sam - Sam's amazing. He treated us like his family.
And I explain many stories and I don't take secret places to see dinosaur bones and pearls gave us and fresh drinks took us to the best places some off-the-beaten-track mountains plus we went in his jeep and it was very comfortable without walking much our tour was lovely maybe because he's so lovely

I am so glad I took this tour! - We got to go places and see things we never would have if not for riding along with our skilled driver and knowledgeable tour guide, Sam. We got to drive through edgy places and also hear about the Jurassic background of our sights. Highly recommend!

Wonderful backcountry Capital Reef National Park Tour - Sam was very knowledgeable about the area. Great stories and we saw some beautiful places that are out of the ordinary. The temples were amazing, the crystal mountain was gorgeous, and the bentonite hills were beautiful.
Highly recommend this tour.
One caution, be ready for rough backcountry roads.

Best experience ever - This was an incredible tour, getting into the back country was amazing. The views were outstanding and the Sam was super knowledgeable. I had a wonderful time. Highly recommend! I would never be able to see Cathedral Valley without private tour. Thank you Sam!!!

Amazing times in Utah - Traveling through Utah should include stops in the Capital Reef National park. Three of us opted for a six hour private tour with Western Whiptail Adventures. We were not disappointed. We saw many sights that would have been difficult for us to find on our own. Many sight were incredible, but the moonscape overlook stands out. Sam was our guide. He was well informed on local history and geological history. We saw many interesting geological formations, historical sites, and fossils. In addition to his local knowledge, Sam was respectful, polite, and engaged. Wonderful person and tour guide!

Amazing time! - I had the most wonderful day with Sam! He tailored the entire day to my interests and showed me sites I would have never been able to see on my own! I have been on lots of tours in all kinds of places. This was one of my favorites, hands down!

Must do tour. Sam is great. You will appreciate the park even more. after seeing cathedral valley. e park even more. - Must do tour to see portion of the park most people never see.
Sam is a great tour guide. Very knowledgeable and fun. I learned so much about the history and geology. Made me appreciate seeing it even more. The pictures don't do the colors justice. You need to see it in person. Felt very comfortable with him. He is a excellent driver.
He provide me good suggestions of other areas to see based on what he knew I liked.

You will see things the other tours dont show you ! - This was an awesome private jeep tour .
Sam is a very knowledgeable guide into the Capital reef snd temple of the sun , the moon snd the stars.

Fantastic Tour! - This was an amazing tour! I seriously can't say enough good things about it. Sam is a fantastic tour guide. He is very knowledgeable about the area and shared so much interesting history and info. Both he and Suzie are local and you can tell how much they love they're home and want you to enjoy it, too. He was great with communication before the tour on pick time and location, as well as made sure we were comfortable during the tour. I saw some beautiful sites that I wouldn't have been able to see otherwise, as well as learned a lot about what I was seeing. I'd definitely recommend this tour!
