Coral Garden Snorkling - Papa Zulu must be a respected legend on the island! Any locals we passed yelled out a hardy greeting to him as we went past. The boat ride out to the coral garden was very scenic and relaxing. You also get to see the over the water bungalows. The water was not over your head in most spots. The guides pointed out where it was deeper. Listen to the guides and do not touch or step on coral. Their was a couple that did not heed their instructions and got several cuts and abrasions for getting into the coral. The guide pointed out fish and could tell I wasn't the strongest swimmer so he pulled me along and had me drift back towards the boat making sure I saw lots of sea life. thank you! We also got a black pearl demonstration on Taha'a and I bought a bracelet here as a remembrance of a lovely day in paradise.

Best Snorkel ever!!! - The weather wasn't the best, but the tour was amazing. We book our excursions directly not through the ship. Smaller groups and more personal. Our guides took us directly to the coral garden before anyone else arrived. We were there a good hour before the others arrived. Even though it was raining, the water was beautiful and the fish, wow the fish we saw. I haven't seen this variety of fish in probably 25 years. And we love to snorkel. He took us up on the beach to walk to the top of the reef and float our way down through it while pointing out all the various fish, and coral. Has to be the best snorkeling we have experienced. As a bonus we went to a Pearl farm. I really wasn't excited at first, but wow, I changed my mind. So educational and informative. I had no idea how the process worked and it was so interesting. Great trip and great guides. Highly recommend this tour.

The Best Drift Snorkel Ever - Josee and “Papa Zoulou” set us up on the very best drift snorkel to a motu by the island of Tau Tau. The captain was great and was just the best guide for keeping us out of trouble in the coral garden’s current. Also, we had no phone service but Josee confirmed our reservation quickly and easily on the Trip Advisor contact operator page. Just note-no swim are not permitted in the water and water shoes are a must have. And then we had a super good bonus with a stop at their Taha’a pearl farm. Maururu to the entire team! I want to return again and soon.

Great snorkel trip. - Well organized and friendly tour company. Roy was our boat captain and snorkel guide and he was amazing. He was always checking in with the guests to make sure they were comfortable in the water. The snorkeling was great…lots of fish, coral. Don’t forget your water shoes as you walk along a rough path to enter the water. We also stopped at a pearl farm which was really interesting. Totally recommend this tour!

An Amazing trip. - Even though the weather was not good our guide made our experience memorable. He gave us extra attention as we snorkeled the reef. At the pearl farm he was able to get us rain coats which helped out a lot. After having such a bad experience with our excursion the day before, this was a breath of fresh air and just what we needed.

Our November 24 tour to NZ - We had an excellent tour last month in NZ. With bespoke we orgenazied the 26 days tour in the North and most of the time in the Southern Island. our guide Mark was fantastics. He knew every thong and his stories all over the time were very interesting. The car had a mecanich problem and Mark and Matt found the best way to solve it. our five last days we had Aaron as our guide . Aaron did all he could do that the tour will be successful. Two tips: a. the can must be confertable and suit for the passengers and suitcases. B do not compromise of the hotels standarts. As I and my friends are 75 years old we had a mistake to rent a motel. thank God it was only for one night.

Disappointed - They should take beach shoes! A Must!!! Boat broke down. Had to call in backup boat. We were so far behind schedule that we just could not finish the tour. Wife was hurt falling on some coral. Just not our cup of tea.

Viator screwed up…. - I’d give zero stars to Viator if I could. I am sure it would have been a great tour if Viator had set it up properly. They gave us a meeting place (where we arrived early) and no one showed up. Wasted almost 2 hours.
