Unforgettable Experience – A Must-Do in Raiatea! - The lagoon tour was hands down the highlight of our trip! A huge thank you to Roy and Papa Zoulou for making the experience so memorable. In just one day, we saw and did so much including a tour of the lagoon, visiting a rum distillery and vanilla plantation, snorkeling, and even enjoying a delicious lunch accompanied by live music on a motu.
What really stood out was how much we learned along the way. Roy shared so many facts that deepened our appreciation for the beauty, history, and culture of French Polynesia. You can tell he is passionate about what he does, and it made the tour all the more special.
We’d recommend this tour to absolutely anyone visiting Raiatea!

Excellent experience - we were booked to this tour from our Oceania Cruise and this wa the best tour we had in the whole cruise. Not only for all what we saw and learnt about Vanilla and Pearls, nbut for the amazing staff. They were all kind and knowledable and willing to share as many info as they coud about their wonderful land. The atmsphere was relaxed and fun and we really leanrt a lot. Great experience and excellent walue for money!

Full tour of Tahaa Lagoon with lunch - A superb day orchestrated by a shock team. Of course some shops vanilla pearl rum but the coral garden was beautiful as well as lunch foot in the water with fish and sharks walking among you

Great guide. Great tour. - We thoroughly enjoyed our boat tour. Roy was a wonderful guide. I am a 73 year old woman and he was very attentive to me, helping me get in and out of the boat and making sure I was getting the most out of our adventure. Although everything was great, the snorkeling was my favorite part. We saw too many different fish to count. I definitely recommend this tour.

Visiting blue water paradise - The tour to took us to a lot of beautiful white sand beaches. The tour guide is very knowledgeable and very friendly. He speak both French and English. We visited Taha island where we get to go to snorkel in the same lagoon area where the over the water bungalow is located. The water is so clear and blue. You can see the bottom of the water from inside the boat. The corals are still alive and there are a lot of colorful fishes. We've done snorkel tours in Hawaii islands and Grand Bahamas. This tour top them all. That day the current is so strong, I had difficulty standing still in one spot. I'm 5 ft tall about 130 lbs. and not strong swimmer. The water is about 7-10 feet deep. The tour guide let me hold on to his shoulder so I can use him as a floating device. The buffet at the end of the tour is very good. You get to try variety of local food. Perfect ending to a snorkeling tour.

Excellent adventure and experiences! - Captain Roy made this a fantastic experience. We were fortunate that there were only four of us which gave us a little flexibility in our day. The vanilla and rum tours were very interesting and lots of information. Snorkeling was definitely the highlight, but overall an excellent experience and highly recommended.

Memorable tour with a fantastic guide - We had the best day touring Taha’a!
We were lucky that no one had booked on our particular trip and therefore had a private tour.
Our guide was extremely hospitable, fully intent in making sure we had a memorable day. He showed us where he lived on Taha’a and shared so much information about French Polynesian culture. He was funny and charming and really made our trip!
The tours of the rum distillery, pearl farm and vanilla farm were really interesting and the snorkelling in the lagoon is also magical with so many wonderful fish to see is clear waters and a beautiful setting.
Would highly recommend! We would do this again!

Disappointing Tour - We had looked forward to this excursion for several months only to be disappointed. The guides were the reason that this did not meet our expectations. They didn't talk much and spent a lot of time on their cell phones. The stops at the Vanilla Farm and Rum Factory were interesting, and the beach where the lunch was served was beautiful. The Pearl Farm was just a stop to get us to buy pearls. The biggest disappointment was snorkeling. They just stopped the boat and indicated that we were to get out and find our way around. The water was clear and there was some coral, but LOTS of people around. We went back to the same spot the next day with a different tour, and had the most amazing snorkel experience of our lives because the other guides showed us where to go and how to drift snorkel in the area. Save your money and take a better tour.
