Brilliant tour - This experience was fantastic!! Our guides/drivers were brilliant, the stops were interesting and broke up the long driving days. Accomodation was great, private rooms and bathrooms with hot showers both nights. This was a really brilliant tour and I would recommend paying a little extra for the comforts of this tour.

Absolutely unforgettable 3-day tour ♥️ - Everything was organized perfectly from start to finish. First of all, a huge thanks to our amazing guide Beymar and our driver Blas. They both did an excellent job. They were kind, helpful, and fun to be around. Beymar, in particular, was incredibly knowledgeable and spoke excellent English. He explained everything clearly and in great detail, always engaging with everyone in the group. It was truly a pleasure listening to him — we learned so much and also laughed a lot along the way. The Uyuni area itself is, of course, breathtaking. Every single day we saw something new and amazing — colorful lagoons, deserts, volcanoes, and countless flamingos (we traveled in late September). The Red Lagoon was really pink, and the scenery was out of this world! The weather was great too. Of course, we didn’t see the mirror effect since it’s the dry season, but we knew that before going, and it didn’t take away from the experience at all. As for accommodation, it was actually much better than expected after reading some mixed reviews online. The first night was in a really nice hotel — very clean and comfortable. The second night was simpler but still fine; it was cold, yes, but the blankets were warm and we slept comfortably (just keep some clothes on!). The food throughout the trip was another pleasant surprise — tasty, fresh, and plentiful. We’re not vegetarians, so we had the regular meals, and honestly, everything was delicious. Even my husband, who is usually quite picky, enjoyed all the meals. I really don’t understand the few negative food comments I read before going. Some people mention that if you’re in the car with the driver (not the guide), it can be a problem, but that wasn’t our experience at all. Our driver didn’t speak English, but it didn’t bother us — at every stop, Beymar explained everything to the whole group in detail, and during the rides we chatted with other travelers. Maybe we were just lucky with our group, but it was great fun and never felt like we were missing anything. One thing to note — on the third day, there isn’t much sightseeing because most of the time is spent driving back (or crossing into Chile, depending on your route). Just something to keep in mind. Everything went smoothly — from the pickup to the schedule to the organization. The lady at the office was also super friendly and welcoming. Overall, I absolutely loved this tour. I’d love to come back one day during the rainy season to see the mirror effect. Highly, highly recommend these guys to anyone visiting Bolivia! P.S. The only tiny suggestion — maybe replace the dinosaur prop for the famous Uyuni photo. Ours was a bit… strange 😄. Other than that, everything was perfect!

Best company - This was the best tour of my Peru-Bolivia trip! Everything was very well organized, and the team was highly competent. The landscapes were stunning, and we got some amazing photos! Both accommodations had hot water, and the nights weren’t too cold - though I had rented a sleeping bag just in case. The guide was to the point, informative, and never boring - just perfect! Unfortunately, I got sick during the tour, but both the guide and even our driver took great care of me. Shoutout to Don Pelagio and Edwin! This was an absolutely fantastic experience - don’t hesitate to book with this company!

Amazing Landscapes, But Poorly Managed Tour - The scenery on this tour was absolutely breathtaking — truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Unfortunately, the organization and service from the tour company were quite disappointing. Before booking, I specifically asked about payment by card and was told it was no problem. Only later did I find out that this applied only to tours returning to Uyuni; since my tour ended in San Pedro, USD cash was still required. Our group had two cars, and everyone had paid for an English-speaking guide. However, only one of the two drivers/guides actually spoke English, which made communication difficult for half the group. The food provided was very basic and felt like little effort was made to make it enjoyable. The second night’s accommodation was extremely cold — most people couldn’t sleep, and I ended up catching a cold afterward. I had even asked the agent in advance about night temperatures and was told there was “no need for a sleeping bag,” which turned out to be very misleading. Overall, the landscapes were incredible, but the tour company’s lack of care and preparation really took away from the experience.

For the price I paid, it... - For the price I paid, it could have been better. I found out from another tourist in a different group that their driver and guide made the effort to create the mirror effect by driving around the flats during sunset, even though it is the dry season. That was not the tipping point, since I understood from the beginning that this effect is not guaranteed. I also found out that another tour had both a driver and a guide. I paid for an English-speaking guide, yet due to poor organisation from the agency, I was placed in a car where the driver did not speak any English. If stopping briefly at sights which was done by the guide and giving only minimal explanations is considered an English tour, then this is a very disappointing tour. I renegotiated something as compensation, since I was already upset by the second night. Kudos to the guide though, as he handled the situation well. Food was mediocre - cold most of the time, conditions on the second night were harsh. Only electricity for few hours, extremely cold. Drivers car were also poorly maintained. No rear mirror, broken windscreen, broken side mirror. I blame it on the organisation as I felt their aim was to pickup as many people as possible. Excluding the guide/drivers, the car was 6 to 1 which was awfully uncomfortable. They could have also provided some maintenance fee to the guides/drivers to upkeep their vehicles because it is for the safety of everyone. Another stone came and his windscreen would have broken.
