Good tour but some improvements needed - Overall tour i would give 5/5. Things that went well - driver was good, tour guide (organised by Statue of Unity) was good, support team at Yo Tours. Things that didn’t go well - lack of information given to me by Yo Tours therefore I had to do lots of chasing around before the tour.

TRUELY A GLOBAL SITE - A very beautiful place, well-managed, very well-organized. One must visit the place. In addition to the statue of unity, one must visit the dam which is a very serene ride

Dangerous Driver! - The driver was so dangerous and drove way too fast all the time, he had to use the manual brake in the car to help him stop because he almost crash! wage was supposed to be our tour guide but he didn’t care to do anything with us, just dumped us at the entrance and told us to call him when ready to go back. He was rude and very nasty. Did not offer water ever or ask us if we needed anything. at the end of the trip, when he dropped us off, he wanted a tip!!! heck no, he was horrible-!!!

Terrible Experience - We were driven the 2 hour drive to see the statue only to discover it was closed when we got there. The operator then told us it was our fault as we should have bought tickets online and therefore known it would be closed. I had spoken to him in the morning and he said I could buy tickets when we got there. He then refused to give me a refund. We also did not see the dam and the water and snacks offered were not given. The 25% refund from Viator is unacceptable. This operator should not be allowed to scam people like this. There were two groups (cars) of us that this happened to. My friend from the other car spoke to him on the phone, but he hung up on him. He wouldn’t answer my call and he won’t respond to any of my messages now. DO NOT trust this company. So far Viator has not been helpful in assisting as I am only receiving automated responses. Very dissatisfied customer.
