It was a great experience - Excellent service even though I cooked. Plenty of wine and snacks and hopefully I can make paella at home now with a caramelized bottom.

5⭐️ — perfect for a family including teens - 5⭐️ hands down! Daniel and Victor are so welcoming and knowledgable! We were greeted with a very interesting history of the paella Valenciana. We always had an appetizer and a drink in hand — cava, white/red wine, or non alcoholic beverages. Our dietary restictions were considered — our family had shellfish and gluten restictions and there were always alternatives for us. The cooking class itself was very interactive and suitable for novice students like my teens. We split in teams of 2, allowing everyone an opportunity to cook. The class size was perfect and did not feel crowded. At the end, we sat in a very long family-style table, and each group had an opportunity to enjoy their dish. It was delish! We closed the night with a classic dessert from Valencia and a Moscatel. It was such a lovely evening! I would definitely recommend it!

Brilliant experience - a non-negotiable for your trip to Valencia! - Daniel was a great host (as was Samantha!) - they were in contact with us the day before to make sure about our dietary requirements and were super friendly. The experience itself was really fun and I would definitely recommend it to anyone who enjoys cooking and drinking lovely Spanish wines! The cooking was not at all difficult and Daniel was helping everyone throughout - so don't worry it's not overly technical! Lovely hosts, great food, delicious wine in a gorgeous city.

Good tour - Great experience. Guide was very knowledgeable. This was worth every euro. I thought we were supposed to have gotten a nicely presented recipe for the paella but I never got it

Amazing, highly recommend. - This is an amazing experience. Learning about traditional paella from a true expert, with lovely wines to accompany. Both hosts were amazing and incredibly friendly. Their English is perfect so it was easy to understand and follow everything. They created a warm and fun atmosphere that meant that the entire group (group of 10 people or so) were all comfortable to mingle and chat at times. The paella was amazing and it was a good opportunity to try new things without pressure such as snails, rabbit and shark.
