It's a long day and... - It's a long day and mostly consist of driving from one place to another and some places feel rushed. However, visit did not communicate with the tour company accurately as I booked for 2 adults & 1 child, they forgot to add the child in when contacting the tour company which almost made is get kicked off the tour for to slave but lucky is someone no showed so we were able to continue. Our tour guide was really nice and informative but his English wasn't always very clear and my husband who is a little harder if hearing had a very hard time understanding him. Where we understand we're in Mexico and Spanish is the native language we did indicate on our booking our native language is English. There was another group that was on the and tour and followed us and that group seemed to have more English speakers than ours and when we got to Chichen Itza our 2 groups split into English speaking and Spanish speaking and a few from the other group joined ours and it's and another family joined theirs. So it seems like poor planning and that our groups should have been divided like that from the beginning. The other guys English was somewhat better. Again, the could was incredibly nice and did a good job, so it was no fault on him but it seems like the planning from the company could have been better.
