Bikes & kayaks - a great experience! - We loved our guided bike tour of Mount Alto with Alan. He was patient, encouraging, and knowledgeable about the area - the trail was fun, and the ride back down through the town was great. The next day we returned to kayak in the lake! Beautiful view of the town from the water, plus lots of birds amongst the trees.

What to do in Valle de Bravo? - It was a wonderful experience where we got to know the main tourist attractions of the valley, the church of the black Christ has some magnificent legends and paintings, the cascades wedding veil and mill are striking! the rock is a natural viewpoint totally photographic, we left with beautiful memories of the craft market, and thanked the grandfather ahuehuete of more than 700 years!!! Great place of power.

Not a tour for solo travelers - I booked this tour as a confirmed reservation on the Viator app for one person. When I got to the tour office no one was available to do the tour. The receptionist made a few calls and then stated there had to be at least two people for the tour. I showed proof of my confirmed paid for reservation but it was not honored. I refuse to be charged double so that I can go on a tour. I have had mostly problems with all of my Viator tours. Another day ruined by a Viator vendor.
