This event is a favorite among both locals and tourists, blending a thrilling murder mystery with dinner theatre and dazzling drag performances!

Engage with the suspects, solve puzzles, gather clues, and assist the detective in cracking the case! The series features three distinct shows, each a unique chapter in the Murder is a Drag saga. These shows are independent, so there’s no need to watch them in sequence.

This event is for ages 19 and up.

Costumes are encouraged, and participation is optional.

Chapter 1: Dinner Date With Death

Set in a restaurant, this murder mystery is filled with spicy drama! Can you uncover the murderer?

Chapter 2: Wake the Dead

Held at a memorial for a local businessman, this show promises tears of laughter as the drama unfolds.

Chapter 3: Rhinestones are Forever

Attend as guests at a wedding (wedding attire is encouraged).

Vancouver Mysteries presents its latest experience, “Murder is a Drag,” a lively and engaging show featuring captivating drag performances intertwined with a thrilling murder mystery. Visitors from around the globe can enjoy local entertainment, forge new friendships, and collaborate to solve puzzles and assist the detective in cracking the case. Guests may have the opportunity to participate in small roles (optional), and everyone can try to identify the murderer. This is not your typical dinner theatre; it’s a delightful blend of campy and cheeky fun.

Choose between the 5:30 PM Dinner Show, which includes a buffet dinner in the ticket price, or the 8:30 PM Late Show, offering one drink and one snack per guest with the ticket.

The event is conveniently located in downtown Vancouver, just a short walk from the cruise ships, hotels, and Waterfront station, and only 30 minutes from YVR airport.
