- All passengers travelling must be ambulatory in order to fly. A mobility assistance device, such as a wheelchair or cane, may be used by a passenger to get from the terminal to the aircraft, however, passengers must have the ability to walk on and off the aircraft with minimal or no assistance.
- Children must be accompanied by an adult
- Passengers must arrive at the terminal at least 40 minutes before the scheduled departure time, and be fully checked-in 20 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
- Passengers not checked-in before the check-in cutoff times will not be able to board their scheduled flight and will not be refunded their fare.
- All passengers 18 years and above must present either one piece of valid government issued photo identification, or two pieces of government-issued identification without a photograph

Seaplane over Vancouver - We had a wonderful flight. Malcolm was an excellent pilot and funny too! My husband says it was the best part of the vacation!

Amazing seaplane & suspension bridge park booked - This was a great experience. We had a day in Vancouver after getting off a cruise ship so decided to do this trip to round off our holiday. It was straight forward to find where we had to check in for the seaplane and then the shuttle bus for the suspension bridge park. Staff were friendly and helpful. Both the seaplane and the suspension bridge were amazing experiences and well worth doing, fantastic views of the city and the mountains from the plane. I would definitely recommend this trip and there was plenty of time to do both the plane and have a few hours at the park before having to head to the airport for an overnight flight home.

Great - would love to do it again - Great Service. View from seaplane awesome. We got the suspension bridge voucher and bus schedule there. Was easy.

What A Thrill - Five stars are not enough for the company or the experience. This was our second trip with Harbour Air. Customer service is seamless and provided with a smile. We took a slightly different route this time, which was just as awesome as the one we did last year, but provided a different perspective. We will definitely be back.

We had just been on a... - We had just been on a seaplane in Alaska and in comparison, this one was OK. The pilot was very nice but you don't have headsets and we just flew around for 20 minutes having no idea what we were looking at. Still cool but didn't learn anything.
