Great experience! - It was our first time on a sea plane, and it was very enjoyable, not to mention easier and quicker to get from Vancouver to Victoria, instead of having to take the ferry. It was great to see the area from a bird’s eye view! The staff were very helpful, the lounge was comfortable, and we were easily able to change our flight for an earlier one. Very positive experience. This will be our mode of transport between Vancouver and Victor on future trips to B.C.

If you can do, DO It. - Lovely experience: landscape, peaceful trip, on time, friendly staff. I had the opportunity to be seated next to the pilot and it was everything!

Fantastic experience flying in a seaplane - This was a fantastic experience flying in a seaplane, taking off and landing on water ( which was smoother than land!) the views of downtown were awesome. The flights go from downtown Vancouver to downtown Victoria on Vancouver Island, so you don’t have to travel some distance to ferry terminals. Booking in was quick and onboarding even faster. Seating is quite compact on board the engines noisy, but they do provide earplugs. Big Al’s top tips Book well in advance for cheapest fares and sit towards the rear of the plane for best views out of the windows. The left hand side of the plane has the best views.

Day trip to Victoria - Flying in a seaplane was one of the highlights of our trip. Flew from Vancouver to Victoria. The flight saved us time (ferry and transportation from ferry terminal to Vancouver takes 3 hrs,). Seaplane is convenient and fun. Recommend staying more than a day if you can. Harbor tour in a water taxi is a great way to see planes coming and going.

Harbour Air-Yes! Book thru VIATOR—NO! - Loved the Harbour Air experience. Loved getting to downtown Victoria from downtown Vancouver in 45 minutes. Hated that I accidentally booked it through Travelocity and couldn’t change my flight because of that. Go directly to Harbour Air, DO NOT be seduced by Travelocity’s website. Book directly with the airline. It will give you the ability to make changes spur of the moment. Viator was an obstacle when we wanted to catch an earlier flight.

Terrible customer service - Terrible customer service. Arrived early and they had planes with space available, but their policy would not allow changing flights. How ridiculous in this day. They could’ve sold my later flight while earlier flights left with empty seats.

Seaplane ripping off customers - The price of a 30 minutes flight to Victoria was outrageous! Paid $600 for our round trip to Canada from California and paid $500 for a seaplane! One way with no help how to get back. It took us over five hours to get back to downtown. When we went to the desk help, she said that the price changes every hour! She didn't help us at all. Very upset and wouldn't recommend your company and the providers to anyone.
