A 5-Star Day! - This tour got 5 stars and it’s clear why - you get a lot for your money. The logistics worked out perfect (we got picked up from our hotel) and the day was filled with amazing sights. Our tour guide (Renzo) was a great help and he kept us on time and informed. I’d highly recommend this one!

Best experience - It was an amazing experience with amazing tour operator Sesen His knowledge, sense of humor, and deep care about every participant's needs are outstanding. We had the best day in all locations of the trip and the best naration.

Butchart Gardens - Our tour operator driving our coach around taking us to the ferry and back was great very knowledgeable. The gardens were beautiful as expected and even more so I would highly recommend this.

Our day in Victoria BC - We toured with Jessica. She was bubbly and excited to make our day at the Butchart Garden and Victoria memorable. She was prompt, picking us up/ dropping us off at our hotel hassle-free. Her commentary on the way to our destinations was informative, educational and enjoyable. We learned a lot about the culture of Vancouver, how it was settled, the value in recognition its indigenous people and their history/culture. Jessica made the trip more accommodating to those of us on tour by offering suggestions to highlight the “must see” aspects of the Gardens and our tour of Victoria to make the most of our time spent there. During the entire tour, Jessica was polite, extremely personable, professional in handling all of the details of our trip, and a delight to spend the day with !! She absolutely made our day memorable !!

Too much history repeated... - Too much history repeated by your guide. Loved seeing Victoria and the beautiful buildings and flowers. The Burchart Gardens were beautiful but it was too warm and late in the day for doing a lot of walking. It was too long a day and didn’t get back to hotel until 9:30.

Excellent tour guide - Beautiful gardens. The tour guide, Dave, was amazing. We left a cell phone in the bus at drop off and Dave was kind to drive back to our hotel to drop it off.

Wonderful experience! - My family and I took the tour with Dave. It was a great experience! A beautiful tour with great driving and commentary from Dave.

The day was just too... - The day was just too long. The gardens were spectacular. Our driver was wonderful. He told us so much about the area.

Excellent tour but a... - Excellent tour but a little bit too long mainly due to waiting times for the ferry. Tour guide was very informative.

The brakes stopped... - The brakes stopped working on our bus shortly after starting, which caused a minor fender bender. It wasn't until we reached the ferry the driver asked if everyone was okay. Several times on yhe way to the ferry, he mentioned that the brakes weren't working properly. Passengers should have been given a new bus, the option for a refund, etc. The driver gave lots of information, but there were certainly times when he should have turned off his mic as we heard things he intended to mumble under his breath. I wish the website had given a better description of the shear amount of transportation time for this trip. Adding more time to our trip, a set of guests asked to be dropped at an alternate location and we accommodated them. There was a car show in Victoria on the say of our tour and the driver kept talking about closed streets and extra people and not having enough time. Really put a damper on things. He had both of my children worried and we didn't venture far from the drop off location because they were worried about missing the bus. Victoria felt like a waste of time and just a chance to spend money. Based on we learned once in Victoria, it would have been better to make it just a garden tour on this given day. Two hours just wasn't enough time to get something to eat and navigate the gardens. We didn't get to see everything. At 7:50, we were in front of the Pan Pacific waiting for our 8:20am pickup time. At 8:15, I double checked my email to make sure I was in the right place at the right time and that I wasn't supposed to be looking for something specific. I looked up and saw a gentleman in a green jacket crossing the street, holding a sign for the Gardens/Victoria. Another lady in a green jacket met up with him. I went and asked them, she said she was looking for someone else, a women and 2 kids and I said what a coincidence that's us. Then she said another name and I said that's not us. So we walked away in search of another sign. Less than 2 minutes later, I get a phone call saying they're looking for me. Turns out it was that lady that I needed to check in with. She berated me saying that she had been there since 7:50 looking for us. It was a terrible start to the day. I mentioned that had I known she would have a green jacket, I would have looked for that. She retorted that they normally wear blue and no one looks for the specific color anyway. I told her that I clearly saw the Holland America tour folks in yellow. She hustled us a block or so away to meet the bus. Overall, the only good thing were the gardens. If we visit the gardens again, I will plan to find another way.
