Calm place, excellent service. - The lounge offers a wide range of amenities. There was a generous buffet with a mix of hot and cold items, including fresh salads, fruit, and snacks. The coffee was high quality, and there were a few alcohol options available for those who wanted a drink before their flight. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which made it easy to catch up on work. There were also plenty of power outlets scattered around for charging devices.

BEST EXPERIENCE - Plaza Premium lounge is amazing place to have some rest and private time while waiting for the flight. Maija was hight lever assistant.

Nice morning before the flight - A very nice place to have a cup of coffee or enjoy breakfast before flight. Silent, relaxing music, nice chairs. I liked very much.

Exceptional Service at Plaza Premium Lounge, Helsinki - During a recent trip with a layover in Helsinki, we chose to spend our waiting time at the Plaza Premium Lounge, and despite the lounge being extremely busy, our experience turned out to be truly memorable thanks to the extraordinary service. Three things really stood out to us: 1. Compassion under pressure: The lounge was packed, and guests were queuing for seats. That’s when we met Sam, who noticed we were traveling with kids and stepped in to help. Despite the chaos, she found a seating solution that worked for our family and made us feel truly valued. It wasn’t just about finding a place to sit—it was about the care and attention she gave us in a stressful situation. 2. A team that worked like clockwork: We observed firsthand the pressure the staff were under due to the lounge being overbooked, but the way they handled it was nothing short of impressive. Haithem, managing the front desk, was calm, composed, and efficient. The entire team worked like a well-oiled machine, coordinating with each other to ensure things moved smoothly. 3. Thoughtful hospitality: Even amid the busyness, we were treated with kindness and respect throughout our stay. It didn’t feel transactional—it felt like they genuinely cared about making our time at the lounge comfortable. A special thanks to Sam and Haithem for going above and beyond. You both made a real difference to our journey and left us with a lasting positive impression. Plaza Premium Lounge in Helsinki turned what could have been a stressful wait into a heartwarming experience. We truly felt taken care of.

Great lounge experience - I was here after a long flight from Asia, transmitting via Helsinki. Had a warm welcome from Priase and Melody. The lounge was quiet, clean, food selection was great with a good view across the runway. They even had congee for breakfast. Believe it was Priase’s first week, she made a great coffee. Had a great stay, would recommend it to any travelers passing through Helsinki.

Brilliant! - Having been bumped off my planned flight from Tokyo to Heathrow, I made an unplanned stop in Helsinki. Tired, maybe a little grumpy and in need of a break, I popped up to the lounge 30 mins early for my booked slot. Welcomed by Melody, she showed me to the showers where I enjoyed half and hour of perfectly hot water, soap, shampoo and conditioner, and, most welcomingly, a toothbrush. After my shower, I sat down for breakfast and a coffee. A great way to feast and recuperate before my onward flight. Perfect, thank you 🙏

Decent lounge, nothing special - The lounge is quite expensive if you prefer not to drink any alcohol. The food is OK but very basic and there is automation coffee/juice that you get yourself. Lounge is clean and feels private, though.

No vegan food, everything is very poor. - No vegan food except some salad leaves and hash brownies. The WIFI is slow (about 5 Mbps up/down). If you have questions, there isn't any staff member to help. The poorest lounge ever - that's the only reason to visit :)
