Peaceful spot - Cute little lounge and a bit of calm before my flight. Great service and some lovely rice and vegetable curry. Just what I needed.

Lovely heartfull experience at the lounge - I had a truly enjoyable and memorable experience at the lounge. From the moment I arrived, everything was smooth and welcoming. I would especially like to highlight the exceptional service provided by Sam. She was not only extremely helpful but also very kind-hearted and attentive throughout my visit. Her warm attitude and willingness to assist made a real difference and added a personal touch to my overall experience. Thanks to her support, I felt comfortable and well taken care of, which made my time at the lounge even more special. It’s rare to come across someone so genuinely committed to providing excellent service. Because of her and the overall positive atmosphere, I would definitely love to visit this lounge again in the future if I get the opportunity.

The calm after the security line. - Cute, clean and efficient! Leevi checked me in so quickly:) This sadly had to be a quick pit stop… wish I could’ve stayed longer the breakfast was tasty. Ambience was nice too as they had a calming music playing and a screen with a video of a fire. Helped me to relax after the chaos of security.

Calm place, excellent service. - The lounge offers a wide range of amenities. There was a generous buffet with a mix of hot and cold items, including fresh salads, fruit, and snacks. The coffee was high quality, and there were a few alcohol options available for those who wanted a drink before their flight. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which made it easy to catch up on work. There were also plenty of power outlets scattered around for charging devices.

BEST EXPERIENCE - Plaza Premium lounge is amazing place to have some rest and private time while waiting for the flight. Maija was hight lever assistant.

Nice morning before the flight - A very nice place to have a cup of coffee or enjoy breakfast before flight. Silent, relaxing music, nice chairs. I liked very much.

Excellent Customer Service - Excellent food and customer service from Maija, Paolu, Joanna and Jose! Best time spent whilst waiting for our late flight

Big lounge - Really pleasant and large lounge. Eating a lot of different foods in small portions. Really good cold and hot dishes. Even tought the space is large, you have to queue for seats and you may get them at the back of the lounge, where it’s a long walk to get food and use the bathroom.

A standard priority pass lounge at Helsinki - The plaza premium lounge is at the Helsinki Terminal 2 after exiting the passport control of Schengen Area. During our visit, the lounge is not very busy. It offers simple hot food (vegetable curry, potatoes, rice, and ground beef mince, juice and coffee). There is both toilet and shower room in the lounge.

Dime a dozen - Food selection was too limited. We had pretty tasty chicken with rice and potato. They had also some warm veggie option. In addition they had salad bar. Tortilla chips were eatable. Red and white wine was free. Red wine was almost decent. Beer was also free. All these had to be asked from behind the counter. Service was friendly. Lounge itself is not that big and clients came literally around the world. I would give this lounge 3 stars (5 stars is reserved for proper first class lounge). If you have free access to this lounge (e.g. with your credit card), then it makes perfect sense to visit. Paying > 53.10 euro per head for 2 hours is another story. Some seats have a nice view and most not.
