Exceptional service - We arrived from London around 10:45 PM and headed straight to Plaza Premium Lounge as it was the only lounge open until midnight. We got there at about 11:00 PM, knowing the kitchen and bar would be closing in just 30 minutes. Despite the late hour and limited time, Chef Allan was absolutely wonderful—pleasant, friendly, and truly welcoming. The available food included rice, noodles, and beef kebabs (similar to beef bulgogi), which was comforting after a long flight. What really stood out, though, was Chef Allan going above and beyond by serving us panna cotta- plain and mango that wasn’t even on buffett. He also kindly offered to get us more beer if we wanted, even with closing time approaching. The draft beer - Karju which he recommended is a loca beer which deserves a separate ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️review !!!! His generosity and warm hospitality made a huge difference and turned a late-night stop into a memorable experience. Chef Allan is a true asset to Lounge Premium and deserves recognition for his outstanding service. #PriorityPass from Chase is a Win!

Hot choco for the kids - We were stranded as a family due to a snowstorm. Being warmly welcomed by Praise was a wonderful, almost homey experience. She even made the kids hot choco! Praise turned a frown into a smile for all of us 🫶

Great reprieve in an unfortunate situation - Our flight was unfortunately cancelled and had to be rescheduled for 7 hours later…but the flight lounge was a marvellous experience to pass the time. The food is excellent and the facilities are clean and comfortable. Praise was a wonderful help to both of us and worked extremely hard at both the desk and in the lounge’s general maintenance. She ensures we were comfortable the entire time from very early hours.

Rise and shine - early morning in the lounge - Early morning experience, at 6 am from suffering a badly slept night to a wonderful dawn to a new day. Thaks to a good breakfast and wonderful Praise who took very good care of us!
