Best experience. - Honestly I would not book through anyone else while staying in Vanuatu. We had two tours with Yumi abd wish we had time for more. The are professional and informative. Vehicles are clean a d comfortable. The picked us up at our accommodation both days. We did top rock which is absolutely stunning. We prepared for a bumping round in but it's well worth it. The restaurant at the cliffs overlooking in ocean is an unique experience. Something our family will cherish. The snorkelling was brilliant, one recommendation would be going at high tide so you can swim out over the coral as we could only swim on the edge due to the tide. It was a great day a d would do it again if I could. Thank you Philip, we enjoyed your company and learning about your country.

It was a great experience. - The corals here are beautiful, better looking than Australia's Whitsunday Islands, the drivers are particularly chatty, explaining the surrounding buildings and Vanuatu's history and culture along the way, the service is in place and the experience is great!

Yumi Tours review - Vincent and Julian! What champions! Thank you both so much for all of our Tours. Yumi tours was by far the smoothest and most organised tour company i have ever used. These guys went above and beyond what my friends and I were expecting of them. Not only did we experience Pele Island and snorkelling at top Rock, we learned about the culture and history of vanuatu! I wish I could give them 10/5 stars. Next time I'm in Port Vila I will be seeing these 2 again. Book Yumi Tours and support these legends!

Thankyou for a great half... - Thankyou for a great half day. We are incredibly grateful that you ran the tour with only the two of us. The reason for not giving it more stars is we were disappointed the helmet walk was omitted from the tour. Had we known that we would have asked to snorkel on the east side as we only tried the west side snorkeling.

So so but not a highlight - The snorkelling is quite interesting but the promotion is overstated (turtles and dugongs? Maybe once in a blue moon) and the food is disappointing. No fish options by the sea. The price is excessive especially if there are several people. Now I understand it was only me and it’s quite a trek, hence expensive fuel. But leaves you without a great taste

Great spot, some work to do for Yumi tours - Booked for a family of four and they never showed up to transfer us to the snorkeling spot. This happened to 8 other people that was supposed to go with us. The locals called them and told us that "Sam" is drunk and won't pick us up. We organized a local tour guide (Roger) to take us and we snorkeled there for the day, walking passed Sam drunk on the ground. The company did take responsibility, and we got an apology and a refund. The spot is great, and maybe it was because it was on 1 Jan 2026, but non the less, it looks bad for Yumi Tours
