The morning boat ride commences at 6 AM during the winter months (October to March) and at 5 AM in the summer months (April to September). Please reach out to your host for the exact timing once your booking is confirmed.
You will be picked up from outside the Hotel Palace on Ganges at Assi Ghat. From there, your guide will accompany you to the boat and later lead you on a guided walking tour of Banaras.
The boatman will navigate the boat while the guide provides insights about the ghats and answers any questions you may have.
You will have the opportunity to see some of Varanasi’s renowned ghats, including Assi Ghat, Harischandra Ghat, and Manikarnika Ghat.
Afterwards, the boatman will drop us off at Assi Ghat, where we will commence our walking tour. There may be a stop for a cup of tea along the way.
During the guided walking tour, you will discover some of Varanasi’s hidden gems, such as Akharas, temples, and more.
