Day One: Walking Tour of Old Town Varanasi and Evening Ganga Aarti at Dashashwamedh Ghat
Thatheri Bazar - Embark on a walking tour of the historic part of Varanasi, which includes a two-hour stroll through the flower market, Thatheri Bazar, the ghats of Varanasi, and the Manikarnika Ghat cremation ground, where cremations occur around the clock.
Alamgir Mosque - Visit this significant attraction during the morning walking tour.
Panchganga Ghat - Explore this serene ghat, one of the quieter areas of Varanasi.
Manikarnika Ghat - This ghat serves as the primary cremation ground, operating 24 hours a day.
Ganga Aarti - Attend the evening Ganga Aarti at Dashashwamedh Ghat, which takes place at 6 PM in winter and 7 PM in summer.
Day Two: Early Morning Boat Ride on the Ganges and Visits to Key Attractions
Dasaswamedh Ghat - Begin the boat ride from either Dashashwamedh Ghat or Assi Ghat, depending on your hotel’s location.
Assi Ghat - Start the boat ride from Assi Ghat or Dashashwamedh Ghat, based on your hotel’s location.
Manikarnika Ghat - Observe the cremation rituals from the boat in the early morning.
Panchganga Ghat - View this ghat from the boat.
Harishchandra Ghat - As the second cremation ground in Varanasi, witness the cremation here as well.
