Great experience, super recommended❤️ - AMAZING.
We had a private sunset tour a few days ago.
Riccardo, the skipper, was friendly right DA: when booking he asked us if we had any special requests or if we wanted to see something in particular.
Not knowing anything about the lake we relied completely on him.
The tour started on time: we saw the main villages in the area (Varenna, Bellagio and Menaggio), saw the main villas (including the one from the James Bond movie!!) and then stopped in a place sheltered from the wind to watch the sunset.
The aperitif was delicious! Typical cold cuts and cheeses, with vegetables and taralli, accompanied DA fresh prosecco.
The boat is a jewel: spotless and tidy... in short, everything perfect!
We will definitely be back, it was beautiful! Thank you so much for the day

- If you only book one excursion while you're at Lake Como, it should be this one! We chose to book it because it was 4 hours on a sailboat instead of only 1 or 2 on a speedboat and we prefer a more leisurely pace. Ricky is an amazing host and skipper, and the boat is spacious and comfortable (it even has bathroom facilities)!
We got on at Menaggio (very easy to access via ferry) and the pier is only a couple minutes walk from the ferry. As soon as we got on the boat we were having a great time! Ricky is such a fun and energetic guide, and he shared so many fascinating stories about the lake, its towns, and its industry. He independently owns and operates this boat and the tours, and he went above and beyond to give us an incredible experience. We saw Varenna, Bellagio, and other gorgeous towns from the water as well as the villas where scenes from Star Wars and Casino Royale were filmed. We even got multiple chances to stop and swim in the lake (remember to bring your own towels). There was plenty of prosecco, beer, water and other refreshments on board that we were free to enjoy for the whole trip. Towards the end of the tour, we got to enjoy an apertivo snack board that Ricky prepared and there was more than enough for all of us (cheeses, taralli crackers, veggies, etc). While Ricky kept the atmosphere super fun and light, it was also clear that he prioritizes safety and is a very competent skipper. We felt very safe on board. I wouldn't have changed a thing about our experience and I recommend this tour 100%!
We booked as a couple and there were 2 others on our trip (I believe the boat fits up to 6). This is a great and affordable option for solo travelers, couples, and small groups, since you only pay per head. Do not miss out on this tour!!

The best boat tour on Como!! - We had such an amazing time with Ricky on his beautiful sailboat! He showed us around the lake and took us to a local non touristy area to swim and it was so fun! The aperitivo and prosecco he had was amazing and I couldn’t recommend this tour enough!

The best boat tour in Como! - Ricky was such a great tour guide and we had the best time on his beautiful sailboat! He took us to a local non touristy area to swim after showing us around the lake and it was beautiful! The aperitivo he prepared was great after a swim and we enjoyed the prosecco he provided as well! I definitely recommend booking with Ricky as this is the best boat tour I’ve done on Como! Thank you again!

Absolutely amazing!! - THIS WAS AMAZING AND EVERYONE SHOULD BOOK WITH RICKY. My husband and I went sailing with Ricky on Lake Como and it was the best part of our trip to Italy (we’re from FL, USA)! The trip started at a meeting point in Mennagio that was easy to find with the clear instructions Ricky sent to us. We set sail with a young Italian couple who booked also. Ricky was able to accommodate both English and Italian speaking for us. Ricky made sure we were all introduced to each other, and asked what we were hoping for from the trip. He then toured us around the lake, telling us a brief history of the area. We sailed around the lake and ultimately stopped at an area safe for swimming. We were able to jump in the lake and enjoy the cool refreshing water. Since we were a younger group, Ricky catered to that and allowed for a fun relaxing vibe. We listened to music and enjoyed delicious beverages and snacks. Ricky was very kind and safe; I would certainly feel comfortable taking his trip with my family. I will certainly plan to return to Lake Como and set sail with Ricky again! It was an incredible experience and I would 100% recommend it to anyone - either tourists or locals.

Charming Skipper and Great Views! - Riccardo, our skipper, was very charming, friendly and funny! He shared history and knowledge of the lake and its surroundings. The sailboat was beautiful and well kept. The atmosphere on board was very chill and relaxing! The views were amazing! We loved swimming in the lake! Definitely recommend this experience.

Book it now! - Ricky gave us a very relaxing 4 hour ride on Lake Como. We enjoyed local Prosecco and local cheeses, tomatoes, crackers, meats, and vegetables. He was very knowledgeable about the lake and a wonderful captain. For 4 hours you can’t beat this price! Book it now!
