The tour to do … - It was really a very nice and rich experience! Hiking with Nadia around the lake means enjoying beautiful views and learning a lot about the history, traditions and habits of the people who live around! She is very professional, friendly and knowledgeable…I suggest this experience to everybody!

Nadia is the best - The walking food tour was an amazing experience from start to finish and we cannot speak highly enough of our tour guide Nadia who was just fabulous!!! She was so knowledgeable about lake Como, the village of Varenna and it's history, the local food we ate and the wine we certainly enjoyed.
We would highly recommend this 3 hrs Tour to anyone, the best starting to introduce lake Como and romantic Varenna.

Eccellente - A perfect experience: the heart of Varenna through food and wine! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
If you are visiting Varenna, this tour is an absolute must. It was easily the highlight of our trip to Lake Como!
The guide (Nadia): Nadia is a force of nature. As a local guide, she doesn't just give you touristy facts; she shares the real soul of the village. She is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and answered all our questions with genuine passion.
Excellent tastings: This isn't your typical tourist trap. We sampled authentic products, from alpine cheeses to local cured meats, along with a selection of wines (the Valtellina red was exceptional!) that truly tell the story of the region.
The route: Wandering through the narrow alleys of Varenna while discovering hidden corners and historic shops was magical. The pace was perfect—very relaxed and convivial.

Don’t miss out on Varenna & Nadia - It is so very worthwhile!! Varenna is a lovely lake Como town. It has charm, history & fantastic shops and wine..our day and exposure to Varenna was perfect; include time after to go shop; beats the big lake town of Bellagio..
Our guide Nadia was BEYOND expectations; she was charming & knowledgeable with a friendliness that was sincere! What ever she offers I would do! I would love to come back and book another itinerary with her.. don’t miss out

Nadia was wonderful. - It was a great experience. Nadia was very knowledgeable of the town and shared everything!
She also introduced us to other shop owners during our tour. She was also kind enough to help us secure a dinner reservation. The food was excellent.

Beautiful Varenna with a local - Nadia is a local to Varenna and was able to share her love of this beautiful city with my husband and me. She really embraces the culture (including the outfit she wore which represented an earlier time in history of Varenna) and gave us an appreciation of what makes Varenna so special.

Good but mislabeled? - Our guide was knowledgeable, kind, and taught us all kinds of things about Varenna. It was clear she really loved the town and we appreciated her time. However, it really isn’t a food tour. We walked for about two hours, and then sat and shared a charcuterie board and a few glasses of wine. On other food tours, we’ve been on, we’ve sampled a wide variety of foods and eaten throughout the tour. We’ve often substituted the tour for a meal. We weren’t able to do that this time. I would describe this more as a historical walking tour of the town that ends with wine and a small sampling of charcuterie. Because that isn’t something we were interested in, the experience didn’t quite meet our expectations.
