- City Hall - Vác’s most significant secular Baroque structure, constructed between 1736 and 1764.
- Feherek Church - Built by the Dominicans between 1699 and 1755 in Rococo style, this church was adorned for an additional 15 years. During restoration in 1994, a significant cultural treasure was uncovered: the church’s crypt. Over 150 years ago, wealthier residents and church members were interred here. The crypt contained 262 coffins from the 17th and 18th centuries, housing naturally mummified bodies of Vác’s citizens, including men, women, children, craftsmen, monks, priests, military officers, and clerks.
- Hospital & Chapel - The Brothers of Mercy Hospital is a U-shaped Baroque building. Established by monks who arrived in Vác in 1763 to care for the sick, it was originally a seminary built between 1732 and 1751, located in the Main Square.
- Tragor Ignac Museum - Crypt of St. Michael’s Church - This site, associated with a church that stood for about five centuries, has undergone several transformations. The current layout, revealed by archaeological excavations, represents its most enduring form.
- Pointed Tower - The only remaining medieval monument visible today, this is the northernmost corner tower of the medieval city wall.
- Former Palace of the Great Provost - Now serves as an exhibition venue for the Vác Diocese Collection, hosting impressive exhibitions and valuable events.
- Bishop’s Palace - Located opposite the Cathedral, this palace was constructed during the same era.
- Tragor Ignac Museum - Memento Mori Exhibition - During the 1994 restoration of the Dominican Church, a significant cultural treasure was discovered: the church’s crypt. Over 150 years ago, wealthier residents and church members were interred here. The permanent exhibition, established in June 2016, is located in the medieval cellar of a residential building in the main square.
