Have to do experience - This was a lovely have to do experience. The canals are busy and I don’t think if you were looking for a romantic trip that this would be the one to do. I did it with friends and it was good for us.

Nice tour, but difficult to find - Always nice to enjoy the gondolas passing in Venice. Nice tour on the Canal Grande and adjoining canals. But 30 mins is a bit short, but you get a glimpse of the full experience. It was a bit difficult to understand where to find the pick-up point (and to exchange the booking into physical tickets, important!).

Gondola ride - It was a little difficult to find, opposite the Royal gardens is the best way to find. Shared ride is why the price is lower. We had an unsettled infant on board and the gondolier from the other boat was entertaining him which was lovely to see, Grazia Mille to him! Nice 20 minute ride. For the price it’s all you need for a quick ride on a gondola in Venice!

15 minutes in traffic jam - Good overall, but boring route just around the block and it took 15 minutes to wait in the gondola traffic jam (out of 30 minutes).

Gondola no Check in directions - The direct to booking office to check in for the experience where non existent and reference the whole front of the Grand Canal. Ride way good booking avoid at all costs.

DO NOT BOOK! BOOK directly on the day instead!!! - I booked this trip and contacted the tour provider 6 times about the meet up point with no reply so I missed the boat trip!!! Even now 3 days later i have mo response. I asked for refund via Viator and the tour operator responded to them only, declining and saying i went on the trip?! £88 completely wasted and down the drain!!. When you book this trip it is impossible to contact the tour provider and the meeting points are actually very hard to find especially if you do not speak italian. You are better off booking a gondala ride on the day when you see the boats waiting because you are gauranteed to get on and back, and the prices are similar. Really unhappy with this tour provider and will not be booking any more trips with them. Dont waste your money.

Couldn’t find it 😞 - Couldn’t find it So had to pay for another one on top. I asked 4 different companies who sent me to others. If I went back I wouldn’t pre book.

Don’t waste your time or money - We met at 7pm, walked 6-10 minutes back the direction we came. Stood in line for another 5-8 minutes then got on our boat for a 15-20 minute ride. The boat operator was talking on the phone most of the time. An absolute waste of money!
