Cortina d’Ampezzo - Known as the “Queen of the Dolomites,” Cortina d’Ampezzo is the largest and most renowned of the 18 municipalities that form Ladinia. It was the site of the 1956 Winter Olympics and will co-host the 2026 Olympics with Milan.

Lago di Braies - Opt for a walk around the lake (trekking distance 3.5 km/2.1 miles) or rent a beautiful wooden rowing boat (45 minutes) to capture stunning photos of the picturesque scenery and turquoise waters.
Lake Braies remains accessible even in winter (from late December to late March, the lake is completely frozen). -
Monte Piana - During winter, ascend to the summit via snowmobile for photos at 2325 meters altitude, then descend by snowmobile or sled (total one-way distance about 7 km).
