Our water taxi service offers convenient pick-up directly from your hotel’s water door, providing access from the canal. An assistant will greet you in the lobby. If your hotel or private address is situated on a narrow canal that the water taxi cannot access, the assistant will escort you from the lobby to the nearest embarkation point.

After approximately 30 minutes of a delightful ride, you will arrive at the airport’s internal dock, where the assistant will guide you to the check-in counters for departure procedures. The internal path takes only 5 minutes.

Each passenger is allowed to bring one hand luggage and one large luggage onboard. Additional luggage will incur a fee of 7 euros each, payable on the spot.

In the event of high water conditions, the water taxi will not be able to enter the canals, and passengers will be picked up at the nearest and safest location.

IMPORTANT: When booking the transfer, please ensure a minimum security margin of 3 hours before your flight departure to guarantee timely arrival at the airport for all check-in procedures.
