What to do - Short but very pleasant visit, the guide explains well and we are impressed by the agility of the master glassmakers. The price of the visit is to be used in the form of vouchers in the shop.

Nice experience - The visit to the laboratory with the live demonstration is short but interesting, the guide a very nice guy who explained not only in Italian, but also in English, French and Spanish! The price spent to see the demonstration is discounted if you then make any purchases in the store, but no one insists on making you buy, they are very kind and professional.

Wonderful demonstration, expensive shop. - The demonstration was wonderful.
The shop is at least 2X times expensive than some of the other nearby showrooms. We hated that they were using car salesman tactics to sell us beautiful artwork. One of the pieces we liked was valued $2K, the salesman offered it to us with shipping and VAT for $900. It just felt wrong to us and so we walked out. While browsing around town, we noticed another shop with similar piece for $400 with shipping and VAT. So look around town, to get a feel for which shops have better deals and then make your purchases.

Beautiful artisan work - Great experience, watching the artists create beautiful glass work utilizing old world tools and skill set.
A visit to the shop is definitely unique but not cheap.
All hand made.

Blown glass - Fast and undemanding experience. Very nice to see live how objects are made. Perhaps the explanation could have been more exhaustive, but the cost of the experience is really minimal.

It is an interesting... - It is an interesting experience but the presentation is in 3 languages and given in a warehouse setting. It is hard to tell which language the presenter is speaking, it is very echoey.

Bof, not convinced by the visit - Simple demonstration but not really exceptional. The explanations were succinct, the staff having personal conversations most of the time....
The products are quite kitch and relatively expensive, although I recognize that craftsmanship is extremely valuable.
Obviously, we also did not attract the favor of the owner who did not speak to us when visiting the private sales area, while the other family present was treated as a princely family.
The reservation amount is converted into a voucher in the shop. Luckily a nice salesman called us back, which allowed us to offer a little souvenir to our child.
Anyway, I don't recommend.
In addition, there are free visits to other glassmakers on the island and if you stay on Murano, your hotel can schedule it for you free.

The demonstration was... - The demonstration was amazing, but the commentary was in multiple languages. Better if there were multiple tours which spoke just one language so that its easier to understand.
