If you are wondering if it’s worth it, it is! - Konstantina was wonderful! My wife and I were celebrating our 10 year anniversary in Venice and booked this to capture the time here. She knew all the right spots to capture several different views of Venice. Highly suggest!

This experience made our trip so special - love love loved it - So special - Liliana(Lillie) was our photographer and she really is amazing. I booked for my daughter's 18th birthday so we would have some pictures together and we got so much more from this. Lillie had so many amazing ideas and places to go. My daughter started off shy and awkward but after about 20mins her confidence boost that she got from Lillie and encouragement went through the roof, which has resulted in some stunning photos. I would 100% recommend to do this and 1000% recommended Liliana. Thank you so so much for what really was the cherry on the cake to a fabulous few days in Venice. U gave more than just photos , I have a very happy and super confident young lady after her experience, so for that alone , it was priceless

The best thing we did in Venice - I booked this for me and my wife for a treat while we were away. My hope was that we would get one nice photo as a memory of Venice.
Our photographer was Konstantina and she met us, and called us to say she was there.
She was amazing and settled us straight away. She took us to some lovely locations around Venice and posed us for the photos.
What I wasn’t expecting was 50 photos that we love, every single one of them is amazing.
This is really good value, and excellent experience and has given us some fabulous memories.

Editing could’ve been better - The cost of this experience probably is worth it to most. But I had to redo my photos when I got back. My person was late and the editing could have been better.

So Disappointed ☹️ expected so much and got nothing - I assumed it was great until I never received my pictures that was my only day in town and it was wasted. Very disappointed with the outcome and no refund an make up for lost memories

Beware of last minute cancellation - I booked a photographer through Get Your Guide 12 weeks ago. Today, 5 days before our scheduled photoshoot in Venice, I receive a message from a Smiler rep that the time we picked was very busy and they suggested other times (but not on the date of my booking). I let her know that we were only in Venice for the day and did they suggest another time that would be better because we were flexible for that specific day. Come to find out they have no photographers available that day and she continues to try to offer me times for other days when we are not even going to be there. I am so incredibly frustrated that I could’ve known this 12 weeks ago instead of just finding out a few days before we leave. I will never book through them again.
