Amazing time with Filippo... - Amazing time with Filippo and his sister Marghe! Highly recommend this experience for the food and the company! Filippo was very nice and explained the entire process with ease. Excited to try this recipe at home.

Pasta making for beginners - This was a fun experience. The young sibling owners, Margarita and Phillipo had everything ready for us to learn how to make fresh pasta with carbonara sauce. After excellent instructions, we got to eat our dishes, wine included. Would do this again

The best experience yet! - Our host was welcoming and gracious to us. One of a kind venue...jazz club in Venice! The only thing we were bummed about was that the club was closed on the day we were there, so no music 😞. We had a blast learning to make the pasta and the sauce! It tasted amazing and we will definitely be making this at home in the future.

Fantastic cooking class - We really enjoyed this experience! Filippo was a great host and teacher. He explained everything very well and in detail. I felt like I learnt enough to try and recreate the meal at home! The carbonara was delicious and we got to try and enjoy some red wine along with it. I would highly recommend this experience.

Not ideal - Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to attend this cooking class due to its location. When I booked the class, I thought it would be in Venice. However, after checking the exact address the day before, I realized I wouldn’t be able to get there.
The operator refused to issue a refund, which was disappointing. I’m sure I’m not the first person this has happened to, and we were really looking forward to the class.
I strongly recommend carefully checking the full address before booking. If you’re on the island of Venice and unfamiliar with the area, you may find the location to be inaccurate or difficult to access. It’s unfortunate that the operator refused to refund my money for a class I couldn’t attend.

Very disappointed!! - We waited 30 minutes at the venue and then were notified that it had been cancelled. We travelled 49 minutes via boat and taxi to get to the venue. It was a waste of time and money.

Could not find location - possible scam - I spent over 2 hours trying to access this tour based on directions provided by Viator and wasted half a day of my short time in Venice (and spent money on water buses and buses trying to reach the location), despite the fact that it claims to be “the heart of Venice”. The address given on the app, which I clarified with the tour provider ahead of the tour brought me to the middle of a highway with no jazz club in sight. When I tried to clarify the address with the tour provider in advance of the tour, no further specific instructions were provided. Viator has denied a refund and I think this is a scam.

Terrible - no show host! - After triple checking the address and the name of the restaurant (Al Vapore), we arrived to find the place padlocked. Not sure if it was miscommunication or just an outright scam. Do not book this.

Disappointing food course - I did not find the location!!It said that it was in the heart of Venice!! NOT good description of the location. I took a boat, and walked for at least 45 minutes and still could not find the place. I was so very disappointed and lost my money. I really wanted to do the class as well!!
