Venice comes alive - Alessandro is a local guide with real love and enthusiasm for his city of Venice. History, architecture, art, the beautiful churches and small details of each street and neighbourhood made the city come alive. Two hours flew by! Whether this is your first trip or you’re returning for more - I’m sure that a tour with Alessandro will be a highlight.

Two hours that went by in a whim - Great guide, a local so passionate with Venice and its history that you can feel it when he tells the stories. We booked the tour as a family of three people and Alex was great, mixing the right amount of historic facts and curiosity that the visit was always fun and enticing, we didn't feel the two hours passing, at all. Plus, he knows all the security staff in the top tourist spots, so you can jump the huge queues if you already have the tickets (which he helps you to buy in advance providing the links). Definitely recommended.

Amazing walking tour of Venice with great guide - Alessandro was an amazing tour guide whose passion for the city and intimate knowledge of its art, architecture, and history made our experience incredible. His command of English, knowledge of how to get around efficiently, and his sincere want to make the experience great for everyone involved made it my favorite tour I’ve been on in any country. I will definitely try another one of his tours when I’m back.

Wonderful 2-hour tour - We had a wonderful tour of Venice with Alessandro. His passion for his city comes through in his detailed descriptions of places and events. He showed us little traveled areas and beautiful architecture. The tour ended with a delicious snack and spritz. I highly recommend!

A Venice Tour Guide Extraordinaire - From the moment Alessandro greeted our group near the Rialto Bridge, it was evident that we were in for an unforgettable adventure. His passion for Venice was palpable as he effortlessly wove together the intricate tapestry of the city's past and present.. As the tour went on, he revealed hidden gems and lesser-known facts that added depth and nuance to our understanding of Venice. Alessandro is a delight and a true Venetian who loves to share Venice with others.

Best tour with a local guide - 10/10 - Alessandro was simply brilliant. My friend and I had 48 hours in Venice as we travel Italy and were recommended Alessandro. We managed to see so much of the city in 2 hours, and enjoyed hearing all about the history of the areas, visiting local shops and learning about how much Venice has changed. Alessandro was sure to show us everything he thought we would enjoy, including a visit to a few jewellery and perfume shops. I cannot recommend this tour enough, it was a brilliant mix of history, art and culture and was just lovely to hear abut Venice from a true local who loves the city.

5 star, we had so much fun - Alessandro was fantastic, he took the time to explain the history behind Venice. He had great visual aids in his binder 2 to help show the history. He was enthusiastic about the culture in Venice. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Walking with Alessandro - A friend of ours recommended Alessandro and we weren’t disappointed! If you want to avoid the queues, venture beyond the “top 10 places to see’, skip the ‘No Entry’ chains to climb towers with stunning views, discover secluded gardens, meet the locals, dine in delicious non-ripoff tavernas, and be treated to an exclusively personal service, then Alessandro is the Venetian guide for you.  Local-born, enthusiastic and knowledgeable, and like Venice itself - sweet and salty in equal measures - Alessandro will build your tour to your specific preferences and go at your own pace. Sure you could opt to wander around this beautiful city on your own with no more than a guide book, but if you want to go beneath the surface, see the real Venice and and not waste time wandering in the wrong direction, it’s worth paying a little extra for personal service like this!
