Island Tours were Amazing! - Prompt. Scenic. Informative. Wonderful. Just some of the words I would use to describe the Islands of Murano and Burano!

Burano had a good time - Murano was a little boring. Burano was very nice they should spend more time on this. Everything else was well arranged. They were on time.

Overcrowded - To many people on the tour, boat overcrowded. In glass blowing again to many people, the numbers should be restricted 120 people crammed in is ridiculous. .eeting point very hard to find would have been better to choose a jetty number, the guide could always move you when needed.

Ok but rather superficial. - The tour was efficient but the information given is rather limited and the guide would explain one thing in four different languages so it was a bit hard to follow. I also think both islands deserve more time to explore that the hour given on this tour.

There is NOT a maximum of 15 on this tour! - Many other tours were meeting at the same place and it was confusing as to which was ours because they were also going to Murano. Finally rep came with a sign that she did not hold up for anyone to see. We were crowded together on a small boat. Was in Murano only one hour to see demo of glass blowing and shop in Murano glass shop. On Burano it began to rain and we were not allowed to get on the boat 10 minutes early, although the driver and guide were both in it. And although it is advertised as small group of 15 max, that is not true. Our tour was over 30. Would not recommend.

Captian got off the boat holding a beer - Terrible do not book. They are completely unprofessional and unorganized. Not only was the boat 30min late but it was overfilled and not everyone fit on it. To top it off the captain of the boat got off the boat holding a beer at 10:30am. Not a good look and it questions the safety of my children who would have been forced to be cramped and standing on this boat they oversold. Save your the time and money book elsewhere.

Terrible - This trip is an overpacked tourist trap in really old vessels with very little ventilation. Its prob ok in winter but horrific in summer. More people packed on than available seats. Its not an expensive trip but go prepared. Only an hour at each place which isnt enough. Wish we had got ferrybus and did our own thing.

Horrible tour and experience! Waste of a day - Met at boat, loaded into bow with minimal air circulation. Cruised to 2nd location where additional guests got on the boat. We were loaded like sardines, little to no breeze at all, everyone sweating profusely. No water or fans available. Tour guide spoke in 3 languages and was very difficult to understand. Reached 1st island in about an hour, filed into a glass demonstration which was neat, but after a miserable boat ride it was too hot to enjoy. Little time to explore, loaded back onto boat headed to next island. Still miserable but at least this was a shorter trip. Enjoyed sometime on Burando and then had to get back on boat to return. To add insult to injury boat didn’t take us back to our port, we had to disembark and get on a second boat that took us back. I would visit the islands again but in a water taxi or private boat. Saving a few dollars isn’t worth it.

Left on first stop - The boat left us and a few others in Murano even though we arrived a few minutes early. This ruined our day as it was expensive and time consuming to make it back to our hotel. I would not recommend this tour company.
