Excellent walking tour - We had an excellent morning touring Venice with Raghda who was friendly and knowledgeable. The walking tour is not for the faint hearted as it requires some stamina to cover so much ground in approximately 3 hours but it is really worth it. Raghda gave us lots of information and some excellent tips to help us make the most of our time in beautiful Venice, thank you.

Interesting and Charming Walking Tour of Venice - Very interesting and excellent tour. Our guide, Nicoletta, was friendly, organized, and showed us both the popular and the less frequented small charming churches, convents, gardens, and canals which are very interesting and authentic parts of Venice. We also took a short ferry ride at the Venetian Arsenal which was a lot of fun. We enjoyed the tour a lot.

This walking tour was the highlight of our trip — booking it was definitely the best call! - The walking tour with Vittorio was absolutely the best! He was a wealth of knowledge and took the time to share the rich history of Venice in a way that was both engaging and easy to understand. He didn’t just stick to the main attractions—he also pointed out fascinating details and led us to hidden corners of the city we never would’ve found on our own.

The perfect walking tour with the perfect guide - Nicolette was the perfect guide for us! Warm, welcoming, very smart, wise, funny, accommodating, and a life-long local! We were in the best hands. We asked for an “anti St Mark’s Square tour,” wanting to see and learn about Venice beyond the standard sites. Wow, did she deliver. In three hours, we covered multiple districts, visited the armory (amazing history here!), strolled through local neighborhoods where we really were the only tourists for blocks and blocks, and learned more about Venice history and culture than we thought possible on a walking tour. Nicoletta made use of every single minute of our time together, and even gave us terrific eating and shopping advice before we ended. We are so grateful for this experience. It was a top highlight of our weeks-long visit to Italy!

They changed the meeting location via email within 24 hours of the tour - We showed up for our tour at the designated meeting location at the allotted time (shown on our tickets), but no one was there. Later, I discovered that the tour company emailed me the day before the tour to change the meeting location. They did not call me even though the change was very short notice. I called several times and left a message about this. I also emailed them to let them know we want a refund. I have had no response. I plan to dispute the charge on my credit card when we return from our vacation.

NO SHOW - Do not use this tour operator - The tour operator never showed up. We waiting an hour at pick up point and never received communication that we were not getting picked up.
