You will embark on a delightful boat journey through a nature-dominated Lagoon, eventually reaching Murano, the renowned ‘glass island.’ This island is famous globally for its glass crafting tradition. Here, you will set foot in a Furnace, witnessing a glass blowing demonstration firsthand and gaining insights into the time-honored glass-blowing techniques.
The tour will then take you to Burano, the gem of the Venetian Lagoon, recognized universally for its lacemaking heritage and the vibrantly hued fishermen’s dwellings.
The final stop on the tour is the peaceful and rarely populated island of Torcello, which was the original hub of civilization in the estuary. Amongst these islands, you can locate the lagoon’s earliest churches and learn about the beginnings of Venice!
Your return journey to the islands will involve crossing the entire lagoon and taking in the captivating view of St. Mark’s Basin from the boat.

From St. Mark’s Square, face the Basilica and turn right towards the Doge’s Palace. Continue past the Bridge of Sighs to Riva degli Schiavoni (the waterfront promenade). Walk for 2 minutes, then turn left into Calle de le Rasse. The Venice Tours Office is at number 4536.

Beautiful experience - Tour of the Murano islands Burano and Torcello by Palladio ship departing from Chioggia. Very comfortable and punctual. The directions given by the commander during navigation useful to better understand the Venetian lagoon. Correct price. Highly recommended

loved it - What a beautiful tour! Burano is simply amazing wit all the colourful houses and I loved the glass blowing in murano. Will definitely come back

Trip to the islands of Murano, Burano and Torcello with the company Raphael (Chioggia). - Beautiful day trip to the islands of Murano, Burano and Torcello with the company Raphael of Chioggia. Departure at 9.30 am and arrival in Murano at about 11.10 am. Beautiful tour of the lagoon, breaks between islands correct as timing to visit the islands with their wonders! Lunch break in Burano . About an hour to visit Torcello (enough time since there is only the preserved Romanesque Church). Return to Chioggia around 6pm. Lucky as weather (warm but sometimes cloudy!). There are many kiosks for refreshment in the different stages and many delicious shops! To be redone in less hot period !😄🛳️

Great and well organised tour - Well organised tour! We had a great day on this tour and visited the 3 islands without issues at all. It is a beautiful place!

Lonnnggggg day - This tour was on time and comfortable. We had a nice young lady as our guide. I gave the tour a low rating because she delivered her commentary in I think 4 languages, you couldn’t understand any of it due to a very poor audio/acoustic system.
Also, it was a very long day - 6 hours…and 7 hours by the time we were dropped off at the train station. (They charged us 10 euros to go to the train station which they were going to anyway which annoyed me.)
Torcello, though it may be of significant historical importance, I could have done without. Take a tour that goes to just Murano and Burano and is not longer than 4-5 hours.

Unorganized operator - Not pleasant and stressful. No signage or communication during tour. Was more odd a hop on and hop off of Lagoon tour.

TERRIBLE! - I booked the 3 island tour and it was the most disappointing day ever!
1. The instruction of getting to the location were not great but we managed to get there okay.
2. The start of your was LATE!!!!!!
3. We were told to arrive at 12.15 for 12.30 departure but they themselves got there much later than 12:45!!!
4. The guide was siting 3-4 languages - Italian, English, French and Spanish.
5. When she was talking we could barely hear what she was saying - it was just mumble jumble
6. The first stop we were on the island for over 3 hours - which was the longest time and whilst enough time to explore - a bit TOOOO LONG!
7. The return pick up was LATE!!!!!
8. This meant the second island Burano - everything was closing as we got there just before 5pm. and we were only there for 1hour - NOT long enough!
9. Since everything was closed we couldnt get hot drinks or even use a toilet!
10. Last stop - pitch black. Most people didnt want to leave the boat as it was cold and it was raining at this point. Again - nothing open - no coffee or use of toilet!
Overall - I think it's a waste of time in the winter for this tour.
It might be nice in the summer - but i guess thats just a risk you'd need to take.

Murano was beautiful.... - Murano was beautiful. Torcello and Burano were not worth it because we got there when everything was closed. The tour wasn’t very well organized. It started at 12:30 in the day so by the time we got to the last to islands it was all dark and we couldn’t see much. We didn’t find the sign of the company organizing the tour so we had to ask everyone around. I would no recommend taking this tour in December.

Murano Murano Torcello - To start off we could not understand anything the guide said. She said it in at least 3 languages so fast we couldn’t follow her. Met two other couples who said the same thing. The guide did not seem the least bit interested. It was tell them what I need to and that’s it.
I was excited to see the glass blowing as I have watched it on TV. The glass blowing demonstration was about 20 minutes. We had to stand a raised platform. I was lucky as the person in front of me was not tall. I heard others say they couldn’t see. The glass blower made a glass and a horse. Very disappointed as one couple who had been before said they had seats and it was a much longer demonstration. After we were taken into their store.
After that we had over 2 hrs at Murano and it was mostly stores selling glass. We spent the time just walking around then sat on a raised brick garden wall waiting for ship.
Next stop was Torcello. We had 1 hr there. Asked the guide what was there she mentioned 3 things said there was one road and you couldn’t get lost. 1 hr. was enough.
Next was. Burano which was beautiful. Only had 1 hr there although my paperwork said we would be there for 1.5 hrs.
We have been on many tours with you but this was a complete waste of money. Very disappointed.

Poorly organized - Don’t waste your money on this tour.
First, it was very confusing as to which boat to get on because no one there spoke English and the guide was not present. The man who was there was rude and just pointed and wouldn’t talk to me. The “guide” had a canned talk about general info that was basically the info when signing up. She repeated that info for any other language present. I didn’t learn anything new by having the guide. I would still do the trip, but I would just do it using Vaporetto (the water bus). Still go to all places but on your own time where you can stay as long or short as you want.
