Wrong directions give. - The tour itself was great but the ticket sent to us had the wrong meeting point and directions. Made it very stressful trying to find the place and we were late. If I could have cancelled I would have.

Groups rather large but interesting. - It was quite a large group, I think it would be better if smaller. Martine the Manager sent me a message in the afternoon saying 'I have moved you to a different time', I found this incredibly rude. 'Would you mind moving to a different time etc' would have been more polite. I only arrived in Venice the day of the tour so had booked that time for a reason, if someone comes later and wants that time maybe acknowledge that someone has already booked! They are getting too big perhaps. Manners are failing! Anna was excellent. But I don't want to have to do a feedback form DURING the activity! Seemed very pushy. Also perhaps mention to meet by the statue in the Viator joining instructions in the allotted square. I arrived, Anna was holding the A4 crumpled sign facing the other way and I had to walk around the square peering at groups to find them. When I said 'Great, found you!' I got quite a strong response I didn't find welcoming. The sign was basically impossible to see! So it has just got too big in my opinion and manners have slipped and frustrations have crept in with staff. Smaller groups gel more usually also. Having said all that it was very interesting, the food takes you out of your comfort zone and Anna is an excellent guide once you get to know her. She was also a true local which was great.
