Beautiful and charming audio guide. - This audio guide was wonderful; it manages to capture all the magic and mystery of the city from the very first moment. I loved how it combines stories about palaces and canals, legends of sailors and merchants, and anecdotes about the daily life of Venetians. Walking while listening to the narration makes you feel like the city is whispering in your ear. A beautiful, well-structured, and charming audio guide that allows you to discover Venice from a unique perspective, at your own pace and with all its spirit.

Best way to explore the city! - The audio guide for Venice was fantastic! It led me through all the important landmarks like St. Mark’s Basilica and the Doge’s Palace, and I loved the little stories about Venetian history and culture. The guide was easy to follow, and it helped me explore the city at my own pace. It added a lot to my experience and helped me appreciate Venice even more!

This is brilliant! - This was brilliant! We spent all afternoon exploring Venice on a rainy day at our own pace. Stopped for a wine and a rest and continued at our own pace. Learnt so much about Venice and its history. Highly recommend.

Clear recommendation - The tour has greatly enriched our stay. Everything is easy to use and the information is well put together, not too extensive and not too concise. Unfortunately, there were occasional malfunctions in audio playback. Price performance is 100% correct

Highlights and "must see" sights for Venice visitors - Good comprehensive tour with all the must-see items in Venice. History lessons and traditions and cultural knowledge included. Nice to be able to pause between stops to peruse and explore on our own and would have liked to have a nudge in the direction of the next item (to continue, turn left and cross the first bridge; or, go to the second alley to start the walk to our next stop). All in all, a good long and informative walk!

Canceled flight - My flight was canceled so I had a little time to find something to do. I wish I had seen how many miles the walk was before starting.

The information was... - The information was interesting and made it easy to find the highlights! We sometimes struggled finding the designated points and when you miss one in the middle, start wandering and come across another it's a bit frustrating. We learned to always do a 360 because they might be behind you! Overall, worth it for a single person. It would help if there was a list of the pictures you could go to so if you missed one you can still continue.

Convoluted access to the audio guide. - The audio was interesting and easy to listen to. The geolocation sometimes lags a little bit (which could have been my phone) and the map view is angled as opposed to directly overhead, which occasionally made it difficult to see which side of buildings one should be on. The starting point is on the waterfront, not inside a building, as shown. Don't bother going through Viator. Just get the guide directly from Touringbee. You'll be told to use a confirmation code that begins with 2 letters. However the letters aren't needed: leave them off and use the number only. Overall it's ok.

Scam!! Beware - You had to follow directions to an unmarked area to be able to download this tour. We walked for hours asking people for help along with Google maps which was no help at all. Finally a shop owner told us this address does not exist so not only did we waste our money on the tour we also wasted several hours of our vacation l looking for something that were would never find. This is a complete scam
