Upon disembarking from the ship at the Venice Cruise Terminal, please proceed directly to the arrival lobby, located just outside the baggage claim area. Our assistant will be there to greet you with a signboard displaying your name. The assistant will escort you to your water taxi. After an approximately 40-minute ride, you will arrive at the internal dock of Venice Airport. A 5-minute walk will take you to the check-in counters. Our assistant will ensure you are well taken care of until the check-in process is complete.

Onboard, each person is allowed to carry one hand luggage and one large luggage. Additional luggage will incur a fee of 7 euros each, payable on the spot.
