Good experience - The tour is interesting, and it is recommended for family yoga, perhaps children like it better as they can be observed as deer, crocodiles, herons, etc. The guide also had a lot of willingness and recommended good places, was also friendly, and respectful.

Hostages for 9 hrs - We are Canadian and were given a tour guide at Ventanilla park with no English whatsoever. The other 4 people in our group were Mexican so no problem for them, a great loss for us as that is what we came for. Beautiful eco park but would have been nice input language. Afterwords we went to numerous beaches. There was supposed to be to be a tour to an organic cosmetic factory. Had to ask for it, but then in was just a store. We went to a few beaches and the Mexicans we were with went off for hours swimming, and 2 women went for facials. We had to wait for them and they ordered their dinner late. We left at 10:30am and didn’t get back to hotel until 7:30pm. We ere literally hostages to their agenda. To us it was supposed to be a day of nature and some beach trips but not fiestas at the beach. People at our hotel were ready to ask for search why we weren’t back in 6 hrs. Definitely don’t go unless you are guaranteed an English speaking tour guide. At least the driver of the car spoke some English to us . Not fair. Will book only through hotel agent next time. Your reviews said guides were great providing lots of of info, not for us.

Overrated - The lagoon boat ride was very limited in length and sights. Saw 2 crocs and a handful of birds in sweltering heat. The “island” was several feet away and had caged animals. Mazunte featured a variety of mezcal tastings. Zipolite beach 1 hour free time (partially nude beach). Angel beach recommended restaurant seemed good. Some people got freshly caught grilled lobster but my “tower of seafood” made me sick.
