The chef will cook alongside you, teach you and follow you step-by-step to complete the recipes together. You’ll really feel like home in our kitchen and you’ll learn what makes Italian food so good. Get tips and suggestions about basic Italian cooking techniques to enhance the natural flavors of the food and you’ll discover that you don’t need a great effort to create a delicious meal.
You will prepare some tasty dishes including Hand-made fresh Pasta from scratch, Risotto (with locally produced rice) and the original Tiramisu, the world-famous sponge cake laced with liqueur and coffee and sweet mascarpone cream.
After the cooking class you will enjoy your home-cooked meal with the rest of the small group, sharing with them the results of your experience while tasting a glass of local wine. You’ll also receive the recipes, so you can recreate this Italian meal at home for family and friends.

Italian cooking class with chef Christina and Laura - A wonderful way to spend the day, great family time, learning new skills and meeting new people. Christina and Laura were very engaging and knowledgable and the food tasted amazing!

A great learning experience - Wonderful class great other people. Christine was patient and fun. I learnt alot and really enjoyed myself. It was a super way to spend time meet others and enjoy food.

Very enjoyable morning.... - Very enjoyable morning. The activity was well organised and prepared for starting with a cup of coffee and an outline of the morning. We started with preparing the eggs for the tiramisu and understanding how to best create this tasty dessert. Also made fresh pasta and risotto. All the dishes were super delicious and our teacher explained everything really clearly and answered all our questions. If she could see we were finding something hard, like rolling the pasta sheets, she would help guide us. I totally recommend this activity for all foodies.

Absolutely recommended!! - What a party it was, super fine explanation of delicious Italian dishes. Laura our chef is a passionate Italian lady, who therefore passionately learned all the traditions of her grandmother one ounce. Nice neat but also cozy workspace.

Excellent fun and really tasty food - Top notch cookery lesson with a fabulous teacher. Laura spoke excellent English and was really thorough in all her instructions and explanations. She managed to oversee 11 of us really well, correcting any mistakes we made as we went along. A lovely lady called Alba tidied up in the background the whole while. The food was delicious and my daughter and I have every intention of trying to recreate it at home. I would recommend this to anyone with an interest in Italian food and cooking. Excellent fun.

A must do! - My mother and I had an absolutely fantastic and wonderful time. We cannot recommend this highly enough. Our teacher was wonderful, her English was fantastic and easy to understand. She had so much knowledge to share and she was patient with us - even when we just couldn’t quite get the soft dough that was needed for the pasta ;)
The food was delicious. You get a take home apron (light to carry in your suitcase) and you just scan the QR code for the recipes - more recipes in there then what you made.

Amore Italian Cooking class with Silvia - My husband and I signed up for this class while we were in Verona, we are so glad we did! Silvia the chef was wonderful; fun and patient. She has a very good way of making sure everyone in the class was included in the instructions. She made sure to tell everyone that the way she teaches may be different from someone else, but that's okay, since everyone has different styles and different Nonnas they learned from. We highly recommend this class, you will learn so much and be inspired to use what you learn at home, I know we are. Take this class, you won't regret it.

Do not skip this experience - What a very nice and educational great tit, really enjoyed it! Although the chef was actually sick she gave it her all and we didn't notice anything of her being sick. She has taken us into the old cooking traditions of the different regions of Italy and also into the family cooking tradition of cooking with her grandmother. Learned a lot and got some nice tips for further visiting Verona and surroundings.

Best thing we did in Verona - This was an absolutely amazing cooking class, we couldn't have asked for a better experience! Laura was brilliant, incredibly friendly, took her time and made sure that we were really hands on rather than just demonstrating to us. The recipes we made were delicious and the extra dishes included in the cook book are a bonus.
