Receive valuable advice and insights on fundamental Gelato and Sorbetto preparation methods to bring out the true taste of the ingredients.
Embrace the expert recommendations of our local chef to select the finest components for a sublime and delectable Gelato. You’ll be taught to prepare various fruits, spices, and other ingredients that are in season, as well as mastering specific skills such as the churning process or the technique of egg pasteurization. Combine these elements to craft your masterpiece: a homemade artisanal Gelato ready for freezing.
In this interactive session, you’ll also be introduced to the classic technique for creating “Semifreddo,” an irresistible and scrumptious frozen treat featuring fresh seasonal fruits and cream. Silvia is the best! - This was well worth our time and expense. Silvia had a personality perfectly suited for her occupation! We learned so much about making and selecting the right ingredients as well as enjoying meeting new people from all over the world. We would definitely take other classes if she were our teacher. Trying different toppings was also and unexpected treat and adventure.

Fun and Tasty Gelato Class - We had an amazing time learning to make Gelato with Silvia. She was so informative and all the recipes were delicious. She introduced us to unique topping flavorings like oil, balsamic, mint, and so many others. We would have never thought to put olive oil on Gelato but it was fantastic. The toppings added such a unique experience. We are so glad we booked this experience!

Exceptional experience, not to be missed. - Such a wonderful and fabulous experience. We were greeted by Sylvia precisely on time at the exact point of contact and whisked away to a stylishly appointed professional kitchen. No sooner had we arrived that we were straight into the gelato making process, which thanks to Sylvia, was very approachable and easy. She was expert in her knowledge and was considered and thoughtful in response to the million questions she was fielding. Her passion about cooking and the experience that food offers was infectious and inspired my notoriously picky wife to try some things she had never tried before in her life. This was not just about following a recipe for gelato, it was about exploring different and seemingly conflicting flavours to open up new avenues of taste. Cannot recommend highly enough and make sure to request Sylvia if you can!

We had an amazing time... - We had an amazing time with Sylvia learning how to make gelato and what to use as toppings. Our 3 year old little girl got stuck in with the melting and mixing and definitely the eating!! It was a great experience, perfect for a slightly rainy afternoon in Verona. Would recommend to anyone visiting the area!

Tasty & Fun! - This was such a fun and unique experience. I enjoyed the small group setting, as it allowed for engagement and enabled everyone to participate in the process. I believe we made 5 different flavors as a group, and got to try a full cup of each one + a bunch of unique toppings. My husband and I really enjoyed the experience. Definitely don't eat beforehand haha!
