Our warm and inviting kitchen will make you feel at ease, and you’ll discover the secrets behind the exceptional quality of Italian Gelato. Receive valuable advice and insights on fundamental Gelato and Sorbetto preparation methods to bring out the true taste of the ingredients.
Embrace the expert recommendations of our local chef to select the finest components for a sublime and delectable Gelato. You’ll be taught to prepare various fruits, spices, and other ingredients that are in season, as well as mastering specific skills such as the churning process or the technique of egg pasteurization. Combine these elements to craft your masterpiece: a homemade artisanal Gelato ready for freezing.
In this interactive session, you’ll also be introduced to the classic technique for creating “Semifreddo,” an irresistible and scrumptious frozen treat featuring fresh seasonal fruits and cream. Once your creations are complete, you’ll have the pleasure of savoring your self-made desserts with your fellow participants in a small-group setting. Don’t miss this, fab experience! - Great fun for our family with adults and older teenagers, very different tasting experience and more than I expected with very different flavours of toppings.

Nice experience. Good for children. - We had a nice experience with this class. It was pricey. The instructor walked us through all the steps and also explained why we used the ingredients we did. Very precise.
You work in two groups, where each side prepares different flavors then they are combined and put into the machine. We made five flavors, then at the tasting, were given unusual toppings to pair, which enhanced the experience immensely. We love to discover new flavor combinations.
They also went out of their way to include the small children and make them feel special.
The space was modern, open, very clean.

Fun class - Great experience with the family, hands on, lots of flavours to taste and we learnt lots about gelato. We can’t wait to make some of this at home.

Very fun experience... - Very fun experience making gelato! Instructors were fun and knowledgeable. We made 4 kinds of gelato and 1 sorbet. During the tasting they also provided us with different condiments to try with each flavor, we had a lot of fun experimenting! We were so full of yummy gelato at the end! I would definitely recommend if you’re in Verona!

Great class, highly recommend - Multiple gelato types and flavors made this class very fun. The instructor was helpful and gave great recommendations about pairing toppings with our fresh sorbet, gelato, and yogurt.

Amazing! - Our hosts were amazing. We attended with two children a 2 yo and 7 yo. The event was engaging, and our gelato was super yummy.
Verona is a beautiful city and the tour was the cherry on top.
We needed a taxi and our host was kind and called one for us.
We highly recommend this tour to all.

Nice experience - Very good experience. A little pricey and would have preferred written recipes at the end of the class with additional information about details of ingredients, such as chocolate and cream.

Poor, child like and too expensive - Was a very basic class, and overpriced for what we actually did.
We mixed a few things and then taste tested the ice cream with different toppings.
